I walked over from my dentist, they were able to get me in the very next day. I was treated so kindly. They did everything to make me comfortable, gave me the best neck pillow, one for my knees and also had great music playing. Dr. Finn is very kind, gentle and funny. She did a fantastic job numbing me up, made sure I was comfortable as my nerve was on fire. I didn't feel a thing. They gave me a little rest break and I was in and out of there in no time. My first experience was very complicated as the last dentist left a little piece of the tool in my canal. I told Dr. Finn I really wanted to save the tooth. She wasn't sure she would be able to retrieve the instrument but she did and I have never had an issue again with that tooth. Sometimes they're just necessary. My first experience with Dr. Sherman was during an emergency when my own dentist wouldn't do the procedure, and that's how I found him. More recently, I had another root canal that wasn't an emergency, but still came with plenty of stress. I brought my headphones and listened to relaxing music while Dr. Sherman did his magic. I'm not even kidding--at one point I'm pretty sure I fell asleep! Before I knew it, the procedure was done and I was on my way. Having someone so skilled, calm, and trustworthy makes all the difference when you're feeling vulnerable in the dental chair. I'm truly grateful for Dr. Sherman and his entire team. Behgum was patient and accommodating during my consultation as I struggle with X-rays. Dr Dianat thoroughly explained my options and even called my dentist to discuss my treatment. I ended getting a root canal (my first one) and the process from start to finish was painless and the best experience one could hope for. Behgum assisted during my root canal and made me feel at ease right from the preparation stages. At the advice of my regular dentist we needed to get a root canal. We went to one consult which did not go well. The Endodontist informed me in order for my son to have a root canal he needed sedation. I did not agree as he is really calm and compliant. He does have epilepsy and cognitive delay but I felt he would do ok as long as he was numbed correctly and he felt comfortable. I honestly got the impression he just did not want to do it. So I spent the next week trying to find another option. I decided to go with Dr. Dianat based on my conversation with his staff and patient reviews. Dr. Dianat was absolutely amazing with my special needs child during a root canal procedure. From the moment we arrived, he showed incredible patience, kindness, and understanding, which immediately helped put both my child and me at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked gently, and made sure my child felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. But then again, considering my experience with San Diego North Endodontics, I should have expected this. Early last year, I had enough pain to make an emergency visit to my regular dentist. They subsequently sent me over to Doctor Chesler's office for a consultation. Turns out I had an incomplete root canal from a previous dentist many years ago that wasn't done quite right. They got me in right away to resolve the issue and that is exactly what they did! The entire procedure was a cake walk with immediate pain relief. Although there was residual pain due to healing, it has gradually been getting less. My 6-month visit revealed substantial improvement, and my one-year visit showed missing bone structure filling back in. It's to the point of only slight sensation while flossing. Ok, so much for the technical stuff. Regarding Dr. Chesler, I felt like I was his ONLY patient! He kept me fully informed about everything sparing no details. Additionally, he is compassionate in addressing any patient concerns. It's like he goes beyond the call of duty!

Dr. Chesler was also wonderful, he performed the procedure quickly and efficiently, and I felt completely at ease in his care.
