They still are not going to get any more stars from me. They are now all Cinemark Theaters and add an additional $1.50 per ticket to book online which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. They have an option to actually add on any Refreshments that you want and deliver to your seats but that option is never available so you still have to go to the counter anyway. When you go to the counter there is a disinterested College coed there who acts like they don't want to be bothered. You are still paying a premium price for popcorn and a Coke or whatever drink you want. We actually got there early which never happens and we were the only two people in the theater the whole time so I would recommend purchasing your tickets when you get there to avoid the convenience fee. The theater was actually decently clean this timebut the reason why they get no more stars is there is a big sign that says there is a bar now available and I never did find it. And if you know me I was looking for it LOL. The seats are all uncomfortable and do not recline. Nothing special about this theater and if you have another one to go to I would recommend going there. I washed my hands and the soap dispenser was disgusting so not gonna lie... I just used water, but i smelled my hands after it smelled identical to black mold. Please get someone to clean that out, inside the sink faucets. It probably hasn't been checked in a decade the way it smells. It's bad and nobody notices there's an issue. read more

The holidays found me visiting family back in the tundra of Toledo and its environs. As a surprise to my wife I got ya tickets to see the Bolshoi ballet 2018 season live performance of Nutcracker as part of the "Fathom" live series of movie theater special events. I have to say Cinemark runs a hell of a shop when you aren't going to their bargain cinemas. Lots of food choices to select from, including pizza and chicken tenders (though as you may expect they are of the pre-made and frozen variety where vigorous amount of heat is applied and then served to you directly). Beyond that, I can comfortably relay to you that parking is oddly shaped to accommodate the shopping promenade, but plentiful. The service is prompt and amiable. The theaters are clean, and the screens look and sound good. Kind of makes me wish back home wasn't in such an AMC chokehold - Cinemark is impressive when allows to flex its muscle - affordable too, especially the food, compared to back home at least. read more

What's up with the reserved seats now? Does anyone else hate that idea! If you're stuck sitting next to someone stuffing their face with popcorn, or they're loud and talking, or on their phone, etc., etc., this new system gives you no alternative but to leave the theater! I like to choose my seat when I get there. I guess I'll just stay at home and watch something on demand or stream something. The Falling Timbers Cinema is great. I always go the early bird movies so I can get the cheaper price plus it's never that crowded that early. The staff are friendly and helpful the snack bar is high price but what theater isn't? The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because I don't like that you have to pick your seats. read more

First time I ever went to this theater. When we purchased our tickets through Fandango and saw that it was reserved seating we were stoked because we thought it was going to be the recliner seating- not the standard seating. We were wrong. I don't understand the reserved seating concept when it comes to regular style seating but we were stuck in the most uncomfortable chairs. There were a couple of things that did impress me though. Normally at any other theater I've been to you have to wait an unusually long time to get concessions. Not the case here! It was nice to be able to walk in, get our sodas and popcorn and then go to our seats! read more

It's a nice enough theater. I have been in better and in worse. It's kept clean and the staff are friendly enough. My complaints are that often I will see a new release movie and I am put in a teeny tiny theater. Like excuse me did I just pay the same price everyone else did? I do not like feeling as if I just paid to watch a movie in someone's at home theater. Also today was about the 3rd time there have been problems with the projector and it has started late. They've switched to reserved seating all the time, for some reason. I hate it...if I could be guaranteed that the seats/floor were clean, and the people around wouldn't be obnoxious, fine. Decent movie theater for the area. Chairs are not the old school but not the reclining kind either. They were comfortable enough for a 2 hour movie. We saw rampage in 3D, $41 for 3 people. Popcorn & side prices are the normal. We got 1 medium soda, 1 large soda, a junior popcorn & a skittles for $20. Hint: get free refills on the large sodas! Overall not enough people working on a Friday night, it took a bit longer to get tickets & refreshments. The floors were really dirty with popcorn everywhere! This place used to be our favorite theater to go to but went last night to find that the theater renovated its seating. The seats are narrower and there is no leg room. Seriously no different than being on an airplane. Shoulder to shoulder with the people next to you and no room for people to walk by if they need to use the restroom. Plus it was unusually hot in the theater. It was super uncomfortable. You expect comfort when paying those kind of prices to take your family to the movies. We will not go back. read more

We go to this theater WEEKLY ! This place is our FAVORITE, by far, of the northwest Ohio theaters. This place is our little "get away" from the rigors of owning a horseback riding stable. The employees are amazing; professional, friendly and helpful. The managers, Mr Berry and Mr Sellers are fantastic at their job even going so far as to flag us down and let us know if/when a movie that we are interested in seeing at Fallen Timbers will be playing. This theater is quickly becoming my new favorite theater in the Toledo area. Normally I prefer going to Levis, but this theater was a much better experience than Levis today. Got through the ticket super fast and there was only a short wait at the concessions. Customer service was not only quick but they were friendly as well. It was bad enough when you had to reserved your seat for the big theater but now all the rooms. People fighting over their seat or coming in after the lights goes off making a shit ton of noise trying and failing to find their seats go to a smaller theater they're cheaper and you don't have to deal with the reserved seat bullshit read more

Went last night to this location to watch Martian. It was a Sunday night so it wasn't very busy at all. The movie theater was clean and the seats were comfy. The customer service at the front counter was great. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone trying to go watch a movie not wanting to fight a crowd. Also, if you're wanting to eat with the family after there are plenty of restaurants in the general vicinity of this theater. read more

My go-to theater. It's nice, clean, modern, usually not jam-packed. The only down-side is concessions. Considering theaters (apparently) make all their money from concession, you'd think they would try a little harder in this area. They have upwards of a 10 registers (maybe more) and I have never seen more than 4 operating at once. But on top of only ever having a few registers open, they are unbearably slow. Every time I see a movie, I make an attempt to get popcorn and I don't think I've been successful yet. Last time I was in line for over 10 minutes before I bailed (so I wouldn't miss the previews), moved about 2 inches, and in that time maybe 2 people were served, with another 7 in front of me. It's the closest theater to me (plus it's nice) so this won't stop me from coming back, just from spending money on what is supposedly there main source of revenue. It's fine, I'll just snack beforehand. read more

the staff was really rude, they saw 6 teenage girls and followed us around and we got into our movie and the manager came up to us and asked to see our tickets again and then made us leave because it was passed curfew so we couldn't watch our movie. annoying and crazy read more
