Called up to inquire about a job position -Employee was less than kind, very short, almost rude. Manager on the other hand was more helpful but off that instance and based on other reviews , I can't recommend this is a good place to attend or to work. Very disappointed ! read more

I used to love the movie theater experience but not worth going to this theater anymore. Rude manager, way overpriced concessions, almost 1/2 hour of previews/ads before movie even starts. I'll just enjoy movies now from the comfort of my own home as movies come out on streaming relative soon after theater release. read more

We came her to see the movie, "Ab Fab", this weekend. It was playing only in Royal Oak and Ann Arbor in Michigan, so I did a search and found it was in Perrysburg, only 30+ minutes away. My sister and I were big fans of the series when it was on the BBC and couldn't wait to see Patsy and Edina again! The ride down was horrendous-don't take I-75 S to Toledo on the weekend in the summer. Construction was terrifying! I nearly lost my life when a tractor-trailer lost control on wet pavement and swung into our lane. But my sister was quick and got out of his way! A near-death experience can make you kinda giddy so we were so happy when we found the theater. It's located in a "Lifestyle" shopping center. Which means it looks like a quaint mini-town with well popular brands mixed in with offices and restaurants. Lots of hotels in the area for some reason. This theater is a Cinemark and it's pretty much like the one in Taylor. Clean and well-laid out. There are lots of choices in the concession stand, including french fries and ice cream drinks. The film was great! Patsy and Edina were in rare form! The only complaint I would have is that the seats aren't as comfortable as the ones at the Phoenix. Still, it's nice to have another option when you are going to see a film! read more

I like this theater. We typically go here for movies as its right by a decent amount of restaurants and shopping. Plenty to do both before and after the movie! The theater is usually pretty well kept up, though lately we have been having some lighting issues. When we went to see both The Nun and A Quiet Place, both times, the lights came on in the middle of the movie and someone had to go tell management to fix it. Other than that, no problems. read more

This location as well as all Rave locations were purchased by Cinemark. The FTC had stopped the sale due to the fact that the NW Ohio area has no theatre going options and this purchase would have led to the same as usual monopoly and lack of choice for us movie lovers. Sadly, the government dropped the ball and allowed Cinemark to go through with the purchase of all Rave locations. As of 5/28, Cinemark took over all Toledo area Rave locations and guess what - raised prices immediately! In the months to follow, we will see all the theaters rebranded and the outside signs changed to either a Cinemark, Century, CinéArts, Tinseltown brand theatre. Yeah for us! More expensive and we'll have to travel to Ann Arbor to the closest non-Cinemark location. read more

Not so much of a Cinemark fan anymore. Well, at least at the Perrysburg location. Everytime I go there the food is never prepped and they make people wait for almost a half hour. This happened again today.I arrived at the concession at 11:23 AM and they said it would be about a half hour for the pretzel bites to be ready. So, I let it slide even though its annoying that you guys don't prep your food before opening. So, i went back to the concession at 11:50 AM and the cashier told me the guy messed up the 1st batch and they had to wait for the dough to rise. Well, that was that. I walk back to watch Aquaman, expecting the previews to be on and they haven't even started anything. Yeah, this place is so unorganized. I will not return. This movie theatre is a complete joke. Horrible service and so picky about everything but yet cant keep the popcorn warm. Took my family of 8 out to see the new movie us and they wouldn't let my 3 daughters in because they didn't have their I.d's (they are 7). So we had to go see how to train a dragon which was horrible. I give them one star for trying. Don't waste your time or money on this theatre. I think this is my last straw and I have had it with Cinemark. Alright, this is your standard newer movie theatre. It was built in the last ten years, which makes it pretty nice and the seating is comfortable. We saw Tangled here, not in 3D and it was the usual experience. The place was clean, so no complaints there. I did not use the bathroom, so, sorry, I cannot tell you what that was like. Okay, but what is with the concession stand? This is the only Rave Movie Theater that I have seen this horrible display design where you cannot even read the items on the menu or tell how much they cost. Even though I know that, obviously, they sell popcorn, they did not have it on the menu as far as I could tell! The menu kept flashing pictures, but no helpful information came into view. I was so confused and I just looked at the guy behind the counter and said, "Uh, popcorn? Do you have a medium? Do you have water?" It was ridiculous! My eyes are bad, but I am pretty sure I am literate and am able to see a sign from the counter to the wall at a normal distance. My husband could not figure out the concession pricing/sign either. We just stood there at a loss for words, bewildered, scratching our heads and rubbing our eyes. Maybe we needed 3D glasses to see the menu? read more

Sadly, the Levis Commons 12 is no longer a reasonable choice. They recently switched to reserve seating so you have to choose a seat at the cashier (or online, for an extra fee) before you get to see the condition of the seat. A relatively high percentage of the seats have gum or some other icky stuff on them and now you can't avoid them. read more

I must be extremely lucky lately, because a lot of the places I've been too have turned out to be really cool places! This theater is no exception, it's really clean, unlike some, the concession prices are reasonable, and they serve pizza, mozzarella sticks, ice cream, milk shakes, floats, etc. the seating is ok, it's standard, but sound and film quality more than makes up for it. I know, I know, Toledo is a blue collar city who loves their latest Fast and The Furious sequel, but come on, there is an audience for good cinema in this town. I absolutely love this theater. It's never busy and I don't think I have ever had to wait in a long line. It's also very clean, even the bathrooms and the floors inside the theaters. It's convenient to hotels and restaurants so I can grab a quick bite before or after the movie. Before noon the movies are only $5 and I think also on Tuesdays. The seats are comfy and you can put the arms up for more space. read more

Go here at least once a month and am always disappointed with the slow service at their refreshment stand. If I'm running late to a movie, I've had to skip it completely. Their bathrooms are also normally pretty gross. They have stadium seating and digital project, so that makes up for some of it. read more

There was nothing unexpectedly wonderful or terrible about this theater. It's exactly like every major mega-plex across the nation, but being located in the middle of Ohio does make the prices look quite cheap in comparison. The theater itself was clean (minus the bathroom, it really was a bit of a toilet paper tornado) and I was able to read the signage and pricing easily. They do have a few panels of just ad type pictures where you normally would see a theater menu, so you have to pick the menu signs out of the ads, which is annoying. read more

This was my first time at this theater and I was very impressed. It is a newer theater, but they have done an excellent job of keeping it clean in the actual theater. This is our local theater and I've been here dozens of times, but I've seen two movies here in the last week (Dead Pool and Revenent) so might as well give my Yelp opinion. This theater is always clean, friendly and a good experience. I especially like the ticket kiosks in the lobby as they make it quick to get in. The concessions prices are typical of movie theaters but the quality and variety is very good. I also will get the email coupons from using the Cinemark app and that gets me a BOGO most of the time at the concessions. Parking is close outside the theater unlike Fallen Timbers. It is well-lit and common to see a mall security vehicle or even a police car patrolling through the lot. read more

It's a movie theater. I've basically got one in my basement. Unfortunately, this will cost you an arm and a leg to go out for a movie and it's a dying trend. For the theater, there's probably 5 employees there and the manager that never really does anything. You might as well pay the 13 dollars per person at the kiosk and get your 10 food voucher for a popcorn and coke. Are employees that work in customer service just getting ruder? Was going to see a movie this morning and website I found said this movie started 20 min later than it actually did. Mentioned to the person at the ticket counter that their website says wrong time for showing and he got all irate spouting that they have no control over the website for the mall. When I tried to explain it was through the theater he started talking over me and not hearing me out. So I said a very mature, "Whatever." And started walking away, and he starts yelling at us as we are leaving that the movie is still in previews and we can still make it. I just walked away. After all his rudeness I don't want to even give them money. He should've started with "I apologize for the website error but the movie is still in previews, so you can still see it!" Instead of fighting with me, and my opinion of their business would be much different. As it is, probably never going back there now. We live 2 hours away and were in town to visit family and wanted to see a holiday movie. Kind of ruined our plans. read more
