I reviewed Fallon earlier. The guys were nice but as I said, they put heavy boxes on fragile boxes. Left boxes with arrows pointed up on their side. Additionally, I have just found out they disassembled a torchiere lamp we need by disconnecting where the bulb comes into contact w the lamp. I have no idea where that is as we desperately need it since have no built in ceiling lights. Unpacking in mellow nightstand lamps sucks. The more I unpack, the more I find carelessness. Every day I am more disappointed. Just noticed another HORRIBLE DEAL!!!How do they snap off a handle on a dresser that is brand new?!?!!!!?!!!! Regret working w them & tipping $80 to 4 guys each Stay FAR away from this company. No ethics.

Don't Do it!!! Ruined furniture. Called the day before delivery to new home to say that they had miss estimated the weight and it was going to be $1250 extra.

Call log of the automated message saying they will be there in 15 minutes.

I worked with Alan Moore who had great customer service UNTIL I signed and then absolutely no…read moreresponses. No one ever told me how to contact the new moving company (I was turned over to two different entities), I had specifically said I needed my things delivered on a specific date and they tried to tell me that there was a delivery window (this was never mentioned. Half of my things were lost or broken, you will not have your claim looked at until 50-90 days so good luck sleeping without a bed and watching your shattered tv for 3 months! My move cost $2300 from the midwest to the east coast and I shipped a bed, mattress, couch, 55 inch tv, and a coffee table. DO NOT use this company it is a nightmare.

This company is absolutely the WORST. I called three weeks in advance to schedule my cross state…read moremove of about 7.5 hours. I sent them a video of my entire apartment being moved to a rental home and then 2 days prior to move sent another video of everything packed and ready which they greatly appreciated. I paid the deposit of $1200+ and was quoted for a very high amount. In my head I thought quality costs so I didn't question it. They were adamant that I should be ready to go early as they would arrived promptly at 8 AM on Saturday. I received no call or anything. I finally reached a driver at 10 AM and he told me "sorry previous job took longer I be there at noon, boss." I said previous job? You had a previous job before 8 am? He confirmed he did. Noon comes around still no sign of them so by 1 PM I called him and once again he says "I'll be there at 3 PM ON THE DOT." I was already getting frustrated because I had everything packed and wasn't going to arrive at new destination until well after midnight. Still no sign so he says "we will be there tomorrow (Sunday) at 8 AM ON THE DOT." Sunday was a carbon copy of Saturday. No show, would tell me they were on their way and would be there a few hours later and it just never happened. They claimed they would show up on Monday...I was already supposed to begin or for my new job Monday morning. So I had to make phone calls to supervisors I hadn't even started working for yet to explain my situation...on a weekend (you can imagine their displeasure). So I called a manager at nationwide and let them know the situation. They offered me a 5% discount. I told them that's hardly generous, but regardless still doesn't solve a problem that was created by them. The manager blamed it on the previous "job sites" stating the customers were dishonest and had way more to move than they had led on. The manager doubled down and said I've already given you a generous discount, you want me to just give it to you for free? And that set me off. I demanded a refund and they REFUSED. Luckily my bank was in my corner and I filed a dispute and it was full reimbursed.

Poor customer service every month for the last few months. Manager Alicia and staff have been…read morerude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. The security gate was constantly left open, which made me feel unsafe about storing my property there. Communication has been terrible, and customer concerns are not handled fairly or respectfully. Very disappointing experience overall.

***Initial review just after moving in 4 months ago…read more A day ago I put in a reservation to move the contents of one of my storages to a bigger unit and in the same day I went to get things moving and found it to not be up to my standards. A day later I came across GoStoreIt which was a lot closer to another storage of mine as well as close proximity to a store I have a habit of impulse buying from and crossed my fingers hoping this would be the one. From the 5 stars I gave it the cat is probably out the bag that I went with the location. I always prefer a location where someone lives on property, as well as security cameras for added security. The team on site offered me the best customer service I could ask for in a time where customer service has truly been lacking. Thank you for the effortless transitions at the start of my day! If you guys ever see this remember "Happy Shopping!" ***Update June 10th, 2003 Unfortunately, things aren't as great as I would like them to be. First let me say that all that I'm going through is due to me not paying my bill on time. I planned to stop by Saturday to inquire about an additional unit or to swap out my smaller one for a larger one but I would like it in the same building so I could then move another unit that I have at another place to this storage and have all my stored items at one location. It's the 10th I'm running in the office to apologize for the hassle and see if I could possibly get a unit and pay the bill. I walk up to the door, and it's locked. It's dark so I figure I'll go attempt to use my entrance code on the gate and locate the employees on the property someplace. Since I'm late the code directs me to see the manager, which is impossible with no one being inside. There is a letter on the door that tells you they will be closed Sundays and Thursday's as well as a clock saying they will be back at 8:30 well it's 11:30 so that time has come and gone and I figure the clock was set to that time Friday evening after they closed because Saturday is the only time that they open at 8:30. I go online and make the payment thinking it may give me access to my storage but no luck so I call customer service who sees that I am current and states she is sending a notification to the management team who will reach out to me. I ask questions to give me some type of idea of when I'm going to have access to my unit and I'm only met with a response that "I don't know I'm not at that site" and a response like that just tells me that this person isn't trying at all to help me so I ask more direct questions to see if it's customary to add locks on storage units when the bill isn't paid because at this point I'm not sure if my unit has a lock because I've never been at this point and again I'm met with the I'm not at the site answer. Then I asked about there being locks on my unit and now she said yes so, I ask why she couldn't just say that when I asked instead of saying she isn't at the site, or that she isn't aware of what the customary procedure is? So, I begin to speak and the customer service agent beings into this scripted speech and I angrily ask if she would not talk over me while I'm talking. She tells me she is hanging up now and does so. I call back again enter the info at the prompt and once connected I'm instantly hung up on.
