Instead of offering options and working with the parent of a child who might be afraid to go to the dentist, she instead was telling me what to do and wouldn't listen. I also did not like the fact that I couldn't sit with my child and given rules. I took my business elsewhere to a pediatric dentist that does not mind me sitting next to my child to comfort them. Also, a dental practice that understands I'm the customer and can take my business elsewhere if I'm not happy.

We were seen quick and scheduling was a breeze. The hygienist took the time to personally review my child's special needs with me and took careful note of important instructions (i.e. my son aspirates thin liquids and cannot have water squirted into his mouth). Dr. Becky's recommendations were on point and reasonable. While being child-friendly, she delivered the necessary advice and care my children needed. They were happy to leave with a goodie bag full of quality samples and prizes for good behavior. Moreover, my kids received a hand written note later that week from Dr. Becky encouraging and reinforcing the brushing that was discussed at the appointment, and she even included some extra stickers for good measure! The front desk people have always been great, but sometimes you have to leave a message and just wait. Some of the hygienists and staff have been there the whole time and I love working with those people. My car wouldn't start this winter on one of those really cold days so I missed my cleaning appointment. Now I'm not able to make appointments ahead of time, so I haven't been able to get my teeth cleaned.

Not knowing else, I had them all treated here. 4 of the fillings fell out just by flossing teeth normally. I ended up going to a new dentist. Essentially all of the fillings were not prepared correctly, some had cavities under them already after only months. The crown needs redone already. Cost a fortune to fix and now im left with sensitive teeth and messed up tooth gaps. If you ever just want dentures and to have your teeth ripped out go here, otherwise I'd recommend elsewhere.

I currently have my dental work done by Dr. Ling, she is very gentle & have a great bed side manner. I can't say enough about this staff. I gave it a 4 star rating for a recent horrible experience I had with one of the dental assistant,,,she was rough with me, hurt my mouth, pinched my lip, gagged me with water when I had a casting in my mouth for a crown. She left the casting in my mouth a little too long, where she was forcefully prying my stuck mouth open. Once she had the temporary crown made,,,she tried to put it in my mouth & the crown kept falling out. She had to start all over again. Second time with the casting in my mouth, she was manipulating my jaw to get my bite correct for the mold,,,,she was NOT gentle at all,,,she hurt me again....after the second time, I got up out of the chair & told her, she doesn't have to be so rough & told her I had enough & walked out of the dental room to the receptionist area. I was so shaken up about the situation I just wanted to go home. Dr. Ling came out & helped to calm me down. Dr. Ling complete the work in my mouth so I could finally leave. I have to return on Nov 13, 2023, I have to get my permanent crown complete........ I am feeling uneasy about it. I have to make a hard decision if I want to continue to go here due to one bad apple.

But they reassured me I would be fine & would not feel anything. & I didn't I was so numb. But I wasn't high like I seen most videos of people being after getting their teeth pulled. I was perfectly fine. They also gave me a bag with more gauzes, a tool I put water in to flush out any food that get it them areas. My prescriptions and a list of " Do's & Don't's " to do & a ice pack if I get any swelling. They was very nice and made sure I felt comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dentistry. My dentist was Dr. Jia Hun Dai Only con was I had an appointment at 10:30am I arrived at 10:15am and wasn't seen until 11:30am But I guess it was worth the wait.

They were quick to send an outstanding bill to collections after they encountered an issue with the online system for my insurance. Rather than troubleshoot the issue with my insurance company they directly sent the bill to collections for me to pay. I spent countless hours trying to get their office to submit my bill to my insurance company. They finally did but there was no reason I should have had to spend so much time getting them to do their job.
