After some research, I ultimately landed on Williamsbridge Dental Care - it also helped that I have several family members that are patients here. My first visit was only for a consultation where they assessed my teeth and talked about the services they provided. I decided to book a cleaning at a future state, and they took x-rays to make my follow-up appointment shorter. The office is pretty spacious and professionally decorated. I liked the fact there were private rooms, as opposed to an open floor plan with all patients in the same space. This is a family practice run by the Perretta family of dentists - Michael, Gina, and Connie. Gina performed my cleaning, and she did an excellent job. She was thorough, professional, and offered me a lot of support when it came to my oral care. The office staff is also great - they are accessible via phone and email, and utilize texting services for appointment reminders/confirmations which I'm always a fan of. They also provide late appointment times some nights of the week which is great for me and my work schedule. Overall, I would definitely recommend Williamsbridge Dental Care - I'm really happy to have found my new dentists!

Had an appointment this morning for 9 am. I was called by this rude receptionist exactly at 9 am…read morethat couldn't even pronounce my name correctly and when I corrected her caught a huge attitude. I explained I was two blocks away and the majority of the time I come exactly at 9 the doors have not even open yet. She proceeded to have an attitude and slammed the phone down on me. I arrived at the doctor's office at 9:03 am. Tanisha asked if okay and I said no that the person who just called me was rude and not even an apology or acknowledgment of the situation was addressed. The receptionist proceeded to tell me she wasn't rude and then rolled her eyes. My family and I have been with this establishment for years even before Dr. FINELY decided to open the adult side. The receptionist on this side needs more training on phone etiquette and customer service. It is currently 9:18 and I still have not been called.

I've been a loyal customer of Morris Park Dental for years. I've spent a significant amount of…read moremoney there, from routine check-ups to cosmetic procedures. I've been an advocate for the office in the Morris Park area, referring clients to them. However, I've been shocked by the drastic changes that have taken place over the years. Back then, the staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. They would work with you and follow up with you regularly. But now, things are different. I've faced financial hardship and can't afford certain procedures right now. However, they've implemented a new fee policy that charges $50 per cancellation if you don't show up or call within 24 to 48 hours. I've accrued three cancellations, not because I didn't show up, but because I called to cancel short-noticed due to a family emergency. I explained my hardship and the financial struggles my family is facing, especially my daughter who has autism. But no one ever got back to me regarding the fees. The balance is still on my account. To make matters worse, I recently had an Invisalign treatment that turned out to be a complete waste of money. My impression wasn't done correctly, and I don't believe this procedure should have been done on me in the first place. I initially asked for metal braces, but that was a mistake. I've also had several root canals, including a bridge, post, and crowns. And guess what? They're telling me I need another root canal in the same tooth that already had one done. It's ridiculous! They don't seem to care about my well-being or my smile. The office is always packed with people, and the staff is constantly changing. It's hard to build a relationship with anyone there. They're all just focused on making money, not on helping patients. Let's fast forward to July 22, 2025. My bridge came out and needed to be cemented back in place. Instead of doing a permanent cement, they informed me that I needed a whole new bridge and temporarily cemented it down. I went to the front desk and was told that I needed to pay $5,600 for this new procedure. Unfortunately, I cannot afford the required procedure at this time. They also mentioned that there was still a $150 charge on my account for not canceling my appointment within 24 to 48 hours. Now, here's where things get intentional and unprofessional. On July 23, 2025, I called to make an appointment to have my bridge permanently cemented down, as I mentioned earlier, because I couldn't afford the requested procedure at the moment. I spoke with someone in the morning and inquired about the cost. They advised me to call at 12 p.m. to speak with the billing manager. I called, but I received no answer several times. I asked my sister to call on her phone to see if they would pick up, and they did. I received a bill in the mail for a forwarding balance that I don't understand, along with other charges. On August 6, 2025, I called the office manager again to speak with them. I was told that I had to call back at 12 p.m. I tried calling at 1 p.m., 2 p.m., and 3 p.m., but I kept getting no answer. I just finished calling at 3:47 p.m. when someone picked up and told me that the office manager was not in. This is not how you treat a patient. I have never been disrespectful or rude to anyone in this establishment. I have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years, trusting their treatment plans and believing that they were doing the right things by me. However, instead, I have been left without help or a solution due to me not having the money at this time and I am being dismissed by the staff and doctors intentionally.

We got here about an hour early & it says they open at 9am however staff didn't start to arrive til 9:30am. My mother & I were first, however another person came about 9:45 & his appointment was at 9:30. Once we were able to go in, a couple more people started to come & we were wondering "what time is their appointment" because my mother's was at 10am. I heard a woman who came in say her appointment was also at 10 & there is only one dentist at this office to my knowledge, so they double book appointments, which I'm not really a fan of. My mother also informed me that if you cancel your appointment within 24hrs there is a $100 charge, which I'm not a fan of that either. With life happening in this new world we live in with Covid existing, I just feel some grace should be given. I won't be coming here for services for those reasons. The staff was polite & professional which is always appreciated, but they should be getting there on time or change the opening hours as well as don't double book.

The entire side of my tooth cracked and the enamel crumbled off. Dr. Quinn saw me immediately and fixed my tooth with ease (1 visit). Coincidently, my coworker had the same issue with one of her teeth on the same day. Her dentist repaired her tooth the same way Dr. Quinn repaired mine.
