To start, I know the 2 salty employees there recognized me because I always stop in to see what they have and I always buy a bunch of stuff. I had about 3pcs of clothing that I wanted to try on and asked to go in a fitting room. They JUST let my friend go in one. So she tells me no because the fitting room is closed. The time was 8:44 and they close at 9? I told her I just want to try these on so I can decide if I want to buy them or not. It would take me 2 min at the most to try 3 pcs on. She refused. So naturally when my friend got out of the fitting room I went in to try on my clothes. You would think I was in there tearing the place apart by the way they reacted. Shouting from outside of the door that I get out of the fitting room because they are closing. My friend had to remind them of the time and tell them to chill out. I realize that you close at 9. Purchased everything from dress pants and jackets to golf or t-shirts. Price point is a little high but there are discount racks for those of us who aren't rolling in money. Tie selection is nice, store is comfortable and clean, and the manager knows his stuff. If they don't have it, he can order it.

I can find myself appreciating the shirts they have to represent musical acts, television shows, and movies. I always make it a point to check the clearance section in here, sometimes they have some pretty decent deals or, if you are lucky, a mystery box of items that you won't know until you purchase. Unfortunately in here, they did not have any of those boxes, but I like this practice. They get rid of items that might be the last one left, or is not a big seller. It's kind of genius and has made me purchase things I wouldn't necessarily buy for myself, but end up using. For the remainder of my time in this location I checked out the jewelry section to see if they might have any spacers that I could grab. Is it just me, or are all Hot Topic locations starting to dwindle in this area? The last few I have been into the jewelry cases are dropping in numbers.

This happened EVERY time I went in the store (if the manager was there). It only happened when the store manager was there. I called the corporate office several times and was told I would receive a call back, but I never did. I stopped shopping there...it's just terrible! I will not give my hard earning money to racists people!!! I am the First Lady of a large church in the area and I also informed my congregation of the racial profiling at this location and suggested they not shop there as well. Worse experience ever!
