Remind you I said she's a German Sheppard. Anywho I was told I could not use the blow dryers because those dogs have to much hair & I have open food. I did not argue with him because this is his business but come on dude you are suppose to be a self serve dog grooming place .. re arrange things to accommodate everyone needs. Be convenient to your customers to build a loyal clientele base. I will not recommend!

I was really impressed at how clean it looked and smelled despite so many cats. The litter was well managed and there wad barely any smell, unless one of the kittens just went potty... but they have a great filtration system that tackles odors quickly. I love how the staff has a read on the personality of each cat and respects that individual cat's personality and need for space. They also have a book detailing the name, and personality traits, for each cat. Many of the kitties are super sweet and cuddly, and they take their nap time VERY seriously. It's easy to see that they are well taken care of. There are 3 rooms in the facility: 1 for adult cats, 1 for kittens, and 1 for the cats who are more shy and scared. There are no food and drinks available for humans (which I personally think is a god thing. I mean... have you ever tried to enjoy food around a cat?), but there are lots of treats available for the kitties, as well as plenty of cat supplies and beautiful merch for sale. The staff are super nice and it's obvious how much they love the little feline felons. This was such a wonderful way to spend an afternoon, and I can't wait to come back.

They were well stocked. I needed help to properly size him. Found a bright eyed associate who was glad to help. After we determined the size & selected the coordinating doggie mat, I asked her if she would get one of the guys to bring the large crate outside. She said I'm the guy! She rang me up with a smile, talked about her large breed dogs, & was ready to put the crate in my trunk when I pulled around. Her customer service was excellent!!!! I am not sure about the negative reviews but I had a positive experience and I am still getting to know my very wiggly and happy guy, LUGAR. One note I was not aware that dog food, cat food, and supplies are on a donation basis. I was floored when the young lady told me on the phone when I called for the brand Lugar was being fed. I sent a donation through Chewy on behalf of LUGAR. This is a valuable community resource for rescues and potential adopters.

They just place animals without concern for the animal or adopter. I hate to say it but go to your local SPCA or a more reptuable rescue. I posted my concerns on their Facebook page and was blocked within five seconds. There is no ability to leave reviews on their Facebook page, unlike numerous other rescues. They couldnt answer any questions regarding my pet, did not follow up except for a generic email, but immediately blocked me from Facebook? Hmmm. There was very little wait, and the whole team was fast, friendly, and welcoming. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the vet assistant, to the veterinarian, was patient, informative, and happy to answer questions. It had been many years since I owned a puppy so I genuinely appreciated how clearly they explained everything. My dog also appreciated the visit because he got plenty of treats, including one of those dental chew bones, which has quickly become his favorite. Another plus is the parking since they have their own lot with plenty of spaces, which makes the visit easy and convenient. Overall, it was a great first experience, and I'm glad to have found a place that takes such good care of my pup.
