This store is already small and cramped so when there's only one cashier it's horrible. Lines go way into the isles and it's very unorganized. I think it would help space some things out a bit if they didn't have a giant POS soda refrigerator near every cashier station and a clumsy ice cream freezer at the checkout area. That's just an opinion though. Cons: It's dingy, average lighting, lately the store has been a consistent mess, often long waits in line. They also have some cool seasonal stuff, if we're having a party (4th of July, Halloween, etc), we always some cute serving platters or bowls. I even got a bunch of ribbon at Dollar Tree for my wedding favors. It's always my first stop if I'm looking for something. They don't have everything, but it's worth checking so that you don't overpay at regular stores!

I go grocery shopping for my grandmother and had an item that I wanted to exchange because it was purchased in error. I made the mistake of not realizing that the receipt pops out of the bottom and so I did not grab it and when I returned to the store, Kat took her time to search through all of her receipts, found mine and was able to give me my cash back. I was in the store about nine minutes before I had returned and she had a system that was able to help her locate my receipt. Most people would have told me to kick rocks or gave me such an attitude. But Kat showed her kind heart, her outstanding customer service and such amazing professionalism. She deserves a special shout out and if she isn't already, she definitely should be upper management. The stocking is inconsistent so I can never rely on being able to get the products I come in for. This is particularly true for buttermilk which I buy weekly. Yes, it is a specialty item but the store is plenty large enough to keep it in stock and perhaps carry more than the one expensive option offered. In terms of the other selection, it is hard to find unusual ingredients and yet there does often seem to be a decent selection of tropical fruit. The bakery has very mediocre bakes and an average selection at best. There is nothing truly horrifying; I mean to say the place is relatively clean, no vermin, nothing that could actually get me to stop being lazy and go somewhere I enjoy shopping. This particular branch is pretty basic and low-tech. Finally, the staff and employees are a mixed batch that kind of breaks down to be 25% spiteful, 50% ambivalent, and 25% pleasant. If you have better options or more motivation, head elsewhere.

I was happy to find out that they offered shipping and so off I went and supported this small business. After the purchase, I looked over what else they sold and noticed, they have a lot of cute items! From jewelry to knick knacks and awesome greeting cards. A lot of handmade stuff. It's really a cute boutique, I plan on purchasing from them again soon.
