I've been to this Forman Mills just a handful of times over the past few years but my first time…read morereally shopping here was just over a week ago. I met my three goddaughters here to shop for school clothes. I thought that it would be fairly expensive because 1) I'm talking about 3 girls and 2) they wear uniforms. What I didn't realize is that the clothing prices here are insanely inexpensive; of course price is relative, but all things considered I still think that it is inexpensive. This was a pleasant surprise for me because they each were able to get a lot of pieces and the total was just under 50 percent of what I originally thought it would cost me! Oh yeah, happy dance time. For the most part, the clothes were fairly organized and most of the racks were full. We shopped during the last hour and a half or so before closing; the store wasn't very busy. This meant that I didn't have to wait in line. The service was about average, nothing to rave or complain about. I give it a 4 because it is a good place to shop for youth clothing and it is a plus that they carry items that fit school uniform requirements.

None of the areas looked maintained or cared for. I get it, your patrons are slobs and don't care if stuff falls etc, but that's why you have employees. I'm not sure if they are understaffed, but the manager who used to run it, made sure her store was kept organized and clean looking. Hopefully something will change, two stores already left out of that plaza, hoping you WONT be the next.

Anyway I like the dollar tree because they have simple items you need every once and awhile. I hate paying $6 for tape to wrap presents; but a $1....sure I'll take a couple. This store is clean and organized. Next time you need to grab something from the dollar store choose Dollar Tree. Accessibility: There is an accessible parking spot out front. Aisles are big enough to move around. There is an accessible check out register.

My husband and I wavered in recently to look at some signature Hallmark Christmas ornaments (I was looking for a couple of special family ornaments as mementoes for my mother and sister, who collect Hallmark holiday ornaments) while we were in town for a few hours and found a few cute items, but nothing out of the ordinary. With a store like this, customer service is key- there are a myriad of other Hallmark gift shops and similar stores around the flint area, so in an effort to set yourself apart, you need to be top notch in not only inventory, but service, etc. Well, the store was typical of every other Hallmark, but there was no discernible customer service.. as in, we were not greeted, acknowledged or anything the entire time we were walking around. In fact, the lady behind the counter and a woman who was purchasing something (they clearly knew each other and seemed super engaged in a private conversation at the register) spotted us and both went back to their conversation and the employee openly ignored us. Are customers you dint know like a neighbor a bother? I guess you don't know each other's kids, you aren't worth their energy. Another woman walked in, went over to the register area to inquire about a gift and the employee ignored her, too. What type of customer service is that? This is not even first time we've been in here, by the way. We were in here once before awhile ago and we were not acknowledged, either. So, is the third time supposed to be the charm???? No thanks...I can buy the same stuff online or at the one in Flint. The store there is bigger and the service usually is excellent. Sorry, we won't bother again with this particular store.
