So today, my focus was ladies clothing not homegoods, pet supplies, and snacks such as Dubai Chocolate. I found some good buys in the neatly organized racks. For, example, Sketchers Sneakers, "Lululicious" brand flared yoga style pants ($12.99 and $16.99) at great prices and in a few colors. Bought a burgundy zip jacket to coordinate with the yoga pants. Also bought a practical dress up or down beige open front sweater for only $19.99. Clearance items were picked over, but the new fall stock consisted of quality casual items perfect for my retired lifestyle. Biggest benefit of retail in store shopping: Being able to try on clothing! Can not beat the prices the TJX group of stores offers through knowledgeable buyers with good contacts. The dressing room was neat. The clothing racks were organized and well labeled. Even the clearance racks were tidy. Check out was speedy with six registers in operation. I am extremely frustrated with Walmart's delivery service and customer service process…read more Missing items have become a recurring issue with my orders. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I don't understand is why customers are expected to repeatedly fight to recover money for items they never received. Because this has happened so many times, Walmart's automated refund system often rejects my claims and forces me to contact customer service directly. While representatives generally issue the refund, I am then told it may take up to 10 business days to receive my money back. Meanwhile, I am left without the items I ordered and without the money I paid for them. What makes the situation even more frustrating is Walmart's approach to compensation. When I have asked whether any accommodation can be made for the inconvenience, I am told the best they can offer is a $5 promo code. What is not clearly explained is that the promo code requires another qualifying purchase before it can even be used. In other words, after Walmart forgets part of my order, I may have to place another order to replace those items, pay additional delivery fees, potentially pay for express delivery again, and spend a minimum amount just to use the $5 promo code being offered as compensation. That is not really compensation. It is a discount that requires me to spend more money with Walmart after Walmart failed to deliver the items I already paid for. The most disappointing part is that this is not a one-time issue. If it happened once, I would not be writing this review. This has happened enough times that I already know the refund process, already know I will likely need to speak to a representative, and already know I may be waiting days or weeks to get my money back. Customers should not have to repeatedly prove that missing items are actually missing, wait extended periods for refunds, and then be offered compensation that requires additional spending to receive any benefit. Walmart needs to improve its order accuracy, streamline the refund process, and provide meaningful compensation when repeated delivery errors occur.

They even feel just right when you are holding on to them and steering them through the aisles. I don't know that I'd go so far as to say they are the BMW of shopping carts, but they give you a feeling of confidence as you push them through the store. Finally, after we have retrieved pretty much everything that we could possibly get at that time, we decided that it was time to go. We decided to go to the self-checkout where the employees proceeded to tell us that we can only use credit card in the machine no cash is accepted and there was an annoying high-pitched beeping noise coming from one of the machines and they did absolutely nothing to stop that machine from beeping so it was a very annoying way to end our shopping experience, on top of that the bags to be able to put our grocery in we're not even on the rung so that we could place our Grocery in the bag. So we had to try to fix everything before we could start bagging our grocery meanwhile, The two that were there meaning employees we're just talking and laughing and having a good old time. I am not sure if they're always like this or not or if we just came on a really bad day where employees just don't seem to care but I guess it seems to be that that was our shopping experience today. But based on today's experience I would not recommend going to this facility to this store. I first asked if they had assortment boxes and she went to check. She came back and said no, so I asked for specific sizes which she had to check. Finally, she brought everything they had out. I asked for two packages in each of the two sizes I needed, but they only had one of each so I bought both. Their credit card machine wasn't working right and it took multiple tries with multiple cards to get the deal done. I had some free time while they were searching for stuff so I looked around. This place sells a motley collection of things such as tools (wrenches, saws), hardware (caster wheels, chain), adhesives (caulk, Loctite), and power tools. Many of the things had a coating of dust, and nothing was priced out. For a place like this, customer service is important. Not only did it take them 20 minutes to get my transaction done, but another commercial customer who needed help couldn't get the information he needed on some products. Did I mention that there were 5 employees in the store this morning, but they were more interested in the Halloween donuts that someone had brought in. I should have just bought the stuff online. McMaster Carr has the same things for seven times less. Service is fast. Payment is easy. I can only recommend coming here if you know what you need, know that they have it, are willing to pay cash, and have some free time.
