Called in and got the run around. 1st person didn't know said call billing department. Called "billing department" who was a person who was driving and on cell phone while looking up my info who said that's how the Dr. billed it. Called Dr. got a return message that mine wasn't a standard eye exam --- really? You didn't even dilate my eyes! So now I am stuck with paying almost $200 for an eye exam. She does not care at all about what a patient wants or needs. Eyetique is Not the same entity. I wish I would have known because now I lost my insurance $ after returning glasses that did not fit my face and cant use my allowance. She could care less. Rushes you and just makes up a receipt that does not even make sense. I want my Insurance amount so I can use it, and she told me I would receive a credit. Then told me a different answer when i returned the glasses. Just very unfair to lie about it to make a sale. I will get this straightened out but with no help from her.
