Being lied to and told that I was going to get a refund over a week. And never got the refund that is bad business. Called AAA and their phone system is fair since it took only 3 or minutes to assign battery service that doesn't allow for requesting a new battery. What's helpful is the tow company texted me their name, so I called and explained why I need a new battery. Aguirres towing in Apple Valley advised me the technician will call me in 30 or 40 minutes to let me know if they have my battery in stock, if not they get there shipment's tomorrow. This sounds reasonable.
