This after tipping each member of the crew $100 and paying an extra $100 above their asking price--I should have inspected the furniture carefully before paying but I was ill and didn't check until the next day, when the owner refused to make repairs or refund a dime. Avoid them at all costs. They are nice to your face when they want your business, then rude and ugly afterward.

They then brought our stuff up to Catskill and loaded it into our house, and this was not an easy move, yet they remained cheerful and upbeat, even taking a bunch of heavy things up to the attic. Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. The truck drivers who loaded and unloaded my container were excellent--they answered all of my questions, provided clear timelines, and kept me updated with calls when they left the unit and when they arrived at my home. Their communication was always on point. The only downside was that my container was extremely dirty, almost as if it had been used to transport charcoal. Because of this, I strongly recommend wrapping items in blankets and stretch wrap to prevent them from getting stained. Unfortunately, my mattress cover was ripped during the move and ended up with black marks. Overall, the professionalism and communication stood out, but I do wish the container had been in better condition.

Multiple pieces , most pieces,of furniture were severely scratched and. gouged. My artwork was not wrapped in brown paper. It was just all thrown together in a box like they were posters I was moving into a dorm. Knowing that things were going into storage wardrobe boxes were not used instead, all of my clothes were left on hangars, wrapped with tape and covered with a black garbage bag. I asked them to pack the kitchen and dining room Where they packed China and Waterford together with kitchen items. Waterford crystal was not bubble wrapped, and therefore one of the glasses shattered. I don't know where it was stored, but everything was filthy, dirty. Don't use this company, unless you don't care about your belongings. It also Was not cheap. For the two moves and storage for six months. I paid this company Close to $10,000.

If I can give minus 1 star I would. I called in the last moment to have them move 1 bedroom set and a bunch of boxes and bins. He tried to charge me 500, in his text he said he was coming with 2 guys. He showed up by himself and with a guy that hangs out in front of the store begging, I asked him if he works with him he said yes. He said he need more guys but never called any. I asked him if he wanted my grandson to help he said yes. I asked him if he was going to wrap my bedroom set, he said on the truck. My bedroom set consisted of a platform bed which I informed him was already damaged from the last movers, however, the bed needed to be taken apart, a 6 drawer dresser, a tall dresser, and a night stand. They couldn't get the box spring out, I had to direct them on how to get it out. He didn't want to take a few of the boxes I had, I had to tell him to take them. He was rushing me, he started putting boxes on the truck in any way. After we got everything on the truck, I told him I was taking a uber to the storage unit where I was putting my things. I got to the storage unit in 5 minutes, I called him to ask whr he was he said right behind me, it took him 15 minutes after I got there, to get there. Taking my things off the truck, he only wrapped one of the dressers, unfortunately, the one dresser they didnt wrap they dropped and cracked the drawers. It has to be thrown out, which is the big 6 drawer dresser. And he still expected me to pay him the full price in which he was over charging me from the beginning. He didn't want to pay my grandson, I paid him with the money I took off from them cracking my dresser. I am just now realizing that they stole my Samsung watch. I have been missing it since the move I did a find my device and see that it is at another location. Now I know why they took so long to get to the storage unit they were going through my things. I'm so grateful that I didn't put my designer bags on the truck I will be filing a police report and suing for my watch and dresser. When I go back to the storage unit I will take pics of the dresser. The worst movers ever! If you need to move, move onto another company. Trust me do not use this company or these guys, they are liars and thieves
