Day of, they texted and key me know they were an hour behind schedule getting started, which wasnt a big deal, I appreciated the communication. After they finished they had me do an inspection, however I had another obligation that I had to get to so didn't get the chance to do a deep walkthrough. After they left I started going through the place. yes, fan blades were dusted but the light fixtures themselves were not. The white trim baseboard was not wiped down or dusted. The floor was "mopped" but that was all. Any dirty spots were not scrubbed clean just wiped down. Vents were completely untouched and the washing machine was not wiped down at all. Since the move out cleaning I've spent 2 hours re cleaning and ill need to go back over today and spend another hour or two before it's completely done. Im by no means a clean freak but I do expect tenants to have a clean space to move into. This was my first time hiring a cleaning service and I learned a valuable lesson. You get what you pay for.

The team shows up dependably on time every two weeks and quietly set to work, and two hours later our four bedroom and three bath multi-level home is sparkling clean. They never complain about the conditions they are walking in to (it can be a circus in our house sometimes!), and they are genuinely happy to help us out. It has minimized the stress and workload on me while I toggle an executive role, two elementary age children, two pets, helping my aging parents, and managing a household with my pharmacist spouse.
