Upon entering the pool, I noticed a disheveled older gentleman (not in pool attire) sitting in a deck chair staring at the other two older women in the pool. He sat there for awhile as I began my lap swim. After a bit, the gentleman began to enter the pool, FULLY CLOTHED in overalls and a t-shirt. He remained in the pool for awhile, went underwater a few times, then returned to his chair. I got out, though I felt a bit guilty leaving the two older women in the pool with a creepy dude staring at them. An odd experience here, won't be in a hurry to return.

He's suppose to be there Monday from Friday till 9am 5 pm. But He's never there. Planet Fitness took $125 from me and has never gave my money back. I've since then closed that card & this planet fitness account, they are still pulling funds from me! I have written proof I'm not a member and I still haven't gotten my funds back. Currently it has been closed for the past 2 weeks with a partial power issue. Lights and AC are on, but they had issues with the powered equipment and TVs. So instead of staying open and letting people use equipment that does not need power, like half the gym, they just closed. You cannot contact them in person or phone. It took them a week to update the website and support number saying they were closed. Also, once they are back up and running they really need to update the hours in Google and the app to reflect the actual hours posted on the sign on the doors. Support and the app think it is open 24 hours during the week but the sign says they close from 10pm-12am. PS to the Planet Fitness person who replies. It is great the App says it is closed due to a power loss. It to me and others calling the support line many times over the first week of closure and they finally added that last Update: Called them last Wed and they ordered the part needed for repair. Should be fixed this week. They were also closed because touch less sinks needed power to turn on/off. Monday. The first week only had a sign on the door and the only way to see they were closed was to drive there. Also, don't ask me to email the social account. Their instructor was friendly, and full of energy as was everyone in the class... Just how you'd expect the ymca to be. Their actual workout areas were spacious, but the cardio machines were pretty close to one another. I came on a weekday morning over the summer and it was pretty dead, but the early evening was pretty busy. The front desk was familiar with allowing out of state guests entry so that was nice.

He said, "It varies because they're always late." He was smoking, by the way, so it wasn't comfortable to wait in the little bit of shade by the front door. A month or so ago I went by about 15 mins after they were supposed to open. I waited about 10-15 mins and no one showed up. Very unprofessional. I wrote the management a complaint.
