I totally tweaked my back from work and "Bob", gave me the "BEST MASSAGE" ever!! You will definitely experience a great massage and hot stone. This was hands down the best massage I've ever had. I was visiting from out of town and booked the 60-minute massage with the 30-minute foot massage, and it was worth every penny. The pricing was very reasonable, and my massage therapist was incredible. He even massaged my head and face a bit and did the hot stones! By the end, I felt like jello in the best way. We came in on a Saturday evening. The online booking was easy and we booked a same day appt. We decided to get chair massages and booked two for 7pm. The price was reasonable $40 for 40 mins. When we arrived and the front desk gal said they only have one chair and we would have to go one at a time. A little confusing since we each booked the 7pm slot for a chair massage but okay. The one chair is in the lobby which was a little strange but felt kind of like the massages at the mall. Each massage lasted 30 mins. It was kind of a strange technique and very painful at times, not painful like getting a knot out, but painful like she was doing something incorrect. Also the gal at the front desk was watching something on her phone very loud during both sessions so it was hard to even relax. When we were finished she charged us each for 40 mins, at that point we just paid and left. We were both very sore. It's been several days and my back is still in pain. Went in with the spouse to have a massage, the one that stated $40 for 60 minutes. Well as we're waiting, the owner at the front desk decided to ask "pay now or pay after"? We both were shocked as we've never paid for a service BEFORE we received... Well my spouse decided to pay, and was charged $60! So both of us came out to 124 including the card fees. So we thought okay that will just be their tip then since he over charged us for the services. Well as we leave he has the audacity to say "no tips"? I was shocked. Given we were just overcharged, now you expect tips? Very off putting and unprofessional. Tips are not mandatory and really depend on the service you receive anyways.. massages were ok. I've been coming here for years. They've just now raised the prices of the massages. I don't think that's a big deal to raise them $10, although with massage businesses on every corner now, I don't think it's a smart move on their part. I've never really cared for them being on a busy road, but the massages are good most of the time. I'll be trying new places, just out of spite. It'll be a rude awakening for them sooner than later. My friend recommended this place in Lincoln. If you're looking for a genuine deep tissue massage, ask for Tony! He knows how relieve sore muscles and loosen the knots. It's not one of those usually "ticklish" and plain rubs that no matter how many times you tell the therapist that you'd like a deep pressure it doesn't happen. It is very difficult to find a therapist who knows real deep tissue massage and not afraid to work on your neck, and base of skull. Tony is one of the few. Don't judge the place on outside. A friend and I were placed in the same room (we are not a couple, so I was confused... we are close friends so we just laughed about being a couple for the day). I have never had a massage where the masseuse literally sits on your butt while rubbing your back, I only ever get that at home from my kids and husband, so that was strange to me as well. The masseuses held a conversation with one another most of the session which was a little off putting since with a massage I tend to enjoy the silence or serene music and "escape" if you will. I just got home from getting a massage at this place, hands down the worst massage ever. The guy was way too rough. I had to tell him multiple times to be lighter, he would lighten for a min then go back to being way too hard and rough. At one point during the massage I got hit in the head multiple times, I would him to slow down and stop being so rough, he also would keep massaging after the oil dried up and I get like my skin was burning from it. He also used all of his body weight to push down on my back, I would say ouch, and now a section of my ribs hurt. Lastly, I gave him a $5 tip, only because he was able to get some knots out of my neck that was causing me a headache, and as I was grabbing my water bottle to leave he said something to the guy at the front desk. They said "only $5 for an hour massage? That very little" I told him that's the only tip he's getting and I walked out. That was sooo uncalled for him to ask for more money. Best Massage was a surprising find here in Lincoln. i got the one hour massage and I walked out feeling relaxed and at peace. Again, it boils down to the staff being happy about making your visit a good one. I have been to other establishments and what makes this one different is that the owner shares equitably with the staff in the revenues coming in. Conversely, I have seen other places where the money paid to the front desk does not make its way to the staff. The staff only gets paid via the tips from the customer. In some cases, that may be a $5 or $7 tip which translates to a $5 per hour sub-standard living wage. When this happens, the staff continually remind you that you need to tip more generously and this totally ruins the relaxing atmosphere that should prevail during a good massage. If I get a good massage, I tip $20 per hour because its truly worth it and is well deserved. Thanks to the staff and owners that make this a truly relaxing experience. read more

I'm so upset.. hubby and i just came in for a couples massage. The massage was fine, but as were leaving, i fill out the receipt and tip to round it up so its $80 even instead of $72. The front desk man says "excuse me $8 for 2 people, its not enough!!" And tries to yell at me to get me to tip more!!
