Great personal customer service I say personal because I felt like I was personally catered to thank you she actually came in an hour early for me cuz she had already been booked on a Friday that was so greatly appreciated.

Got a pedicure here. They did a decent job. If you're looking for somewhere to get your nails done quick, I suggest going here. The pedicure took about 30-40 minutes. The staff is very nice. Lots of colors to choose from. I wish they would've taken a little more time on my nails. Convenient parking. Cute atmosphere. Overall- will come here again.

Ive been here many times and have always asked for no cutting. I wasn't able to stop the nail tech this time. Awful experience and I'm paying the price hoping the infection gets better! Avoid!!!

This place is pretty inexpensive so the value is pretty high. However they don't do a lot of extra frills and things. It's just a good job and an inexpensive price. Everybody's very nice without being overly friendly. Lol.

Asked for light pink french tips got this... I asked the lady 4 Times for light pink french tips. I wanted aesthetic nails for the first day of school. Now i have to spend more money to buy white nail polish so it dosent look like my nails are from Claire's. They were nice and sweet kept complimenting me. But messed up so bad. I want my money back. Don't go here i've read other reviews and it was awful. I highly recommend to not go here take it from me.

Nails by Yen, was $45 for a full set. So happy with them!

I highly recommend Yen when making an appointment! I haven't had my nails done in years and she did a beautiful job. I received a lot of compliments from friends too.

I've been coming here for a while and decided to leave a review! I highly recommend coming here and making an appointment first. They can be extremely busy at times!! I booked my 1pm appt yesterday and arrived on time, Yen, (some call her Jen too), took me right to the chair after I picked my pedi color. You can bring your own polish if you want to as well, but they have plenty to pick from. The pedi chair was clean, comfy and kneaded my back for 45 minutes!! I had her paint some daisies and silver lines on my big toe, designs are $5 extra. Next, my gel mani/fill since I have acrylics. I go back and forth at times, taking them off and just having gel too. This time was the fill and gel with design. I always pick a picture from Pinterest and go with it. Yen does a great job with her design work. (There have been times, when the design I show her is not possible, but she does great free hand designs too!) In and out in 1.5 hrs and I'm very happy for the next 2-3 weeks!!

Yes, they do. But there is a sign that says they prefer cash. But who doesn't! lol

At the recommendation of my sister, I ended up here for a pedicure. I am originally from…read moreSpencerport but live in NC now and was into for a long weekend to go to the Buffalo Bills season opener and was in desperate need of a pedicure. I called to inquire about pricing before heading over there and was very surprised to learn that a pedicure was $32 but an additional $10 for gel-much more reasonable than what I was used to paying back in NC! I received a pleasant greeting when I walked in and was told to pick a color and the nail tech got me settled in very quickly. I had no idea what color polish to do, but thought it might be nice to tie in the football team colors. I hate that I didn't get the techs name but she was great! She suggested I google some images and she then said she would help me with matching the colors. I showed her a few options we decided on blue and getting fancier with my big toes on each foot. It was a nice space, comfy massage chairs and a great pedi for the price! I would highly recommend and return for services without any type of hesitation in the future! I will proudly wear sandals to the Buffalo Bills season opener representing the red, white, and blue zuba print on my big toes and the blues toenails! Thank you for a great experience!

I had both positive and negative experiences working with Dena of Sunless2Go. Dena was incredibly…read moreprofessional, personable, and sweet! I came with my mom to my makeup trial at Dena's studio and Dena walked me through everything. She had a great eye for what looked best on my skin-tone and facial structure and wasn't afraid to say, "you know that doesn't work for you, we should try this". At one point I wanted to try a nude color (which I'll call Color A), but Dena, my mom, and I all agreed that the nude color looked dry and chalky on me. Dena wonderfully informed me that I would need a richer color to imitate my actual lip color, which I couldn't achieve using a typical nude. So we went with the non-nude color (Color B) that was perfect for my lips. My mom and I left feeling great and very confident in her services. On the day of the wedding Dena was punctual and sweet, and even offered to help when we couldn't locate our wedding coordinator. Dena was excellent in many ways, but there were a couple things that did not go so well. One of my bridesmaids had an unfortunate reaction to the eye makeup Dena used. Her eyes were burning and watering. Dena was great and helpful and tried to fix it, but even after Dena left, the issue came back and my bridesmaid had to have my friend (another makeup artist) remove and redo some of her makeup. This same bridesmaid felt uncomfortable that Dena cut down her false lashes with a pair of scissors so close to her eyes. Maybe this is a standard practice, but my bridesmaid wasn't comfortable with it and was not pleased with her overall makeup. My mom was not thrilled with her makeup either, and altered it a bit as well after Dena left. I also had an unfortunate experience as the bride. Part of Dena's services included a bridal touch-up kit so that I could freshen up my lip color right before walking down the aisle. This is such a thoughtful service and was one of the reasons I chose to use Dena's makeup skills (along with her great knowledge and professionalism). However, minutes before the wedding ceremony started, I used the lip color in the touch-up kit to freshen up my lips only to discover that my lips looked completely different than they had right before reapplying. I showed my mom and my bridesmaids in case I was mistaken, but they all agreed that the color was not the same color. The new color looked very dry and chalky (almost just like Color A which we decided NOT to use during my trial). That was incredibly disappointing and disorienting, but my mom helped me wash off the incorrect color and I applied some of my own lipstick instead. That was a very stressful, frantic situation because it occurred minutes before the ceremony started! After the wedding, while I was away on my honeymoon, I contacted Dena about having received the wrong touch-up color and she was incredibly apologetic and accommodating and arranged to send me the right color. She ended up sending me Color A again (the incorrect color)! Once I informed her of this, she noticed that she had Color A written down in her notes so she concluded that I must have received the right color all along and that it only looked different when reapplying at the wedding because I did not add all the necessary coats of primer as she did. I was disappointed by this response because during my makeup trial, Dena was so detailed, and both my mom and I remember vividly that the color we chose (Color B) did not require layers of primer when she applied it. We remembered that the color came on perfectly without any manipulation. And if it were true that the touch-up color would require so much manipulation and extra primer to look nice again, why was I not informed me of this when I was left me with the touch-up color? I believe that Dena accidently wrote down Color A instead of Color B after my makeup trial (because while I was finishing my trial another client came in so there was a bit of a shuffle and rush to switch places) and then on the day of the wedding I believe Dena used a lot of primer and manipulation to make Color A look similar to Color B, but in the end when I reapplied it, I was left with the chalky color that did not go well with my skin tone or my lips. Beyond that lip-color mix up, Dena did an AMAZING job on my makeup (the pictures are gorgeous and I couldn't have asked for a better look!) and she was incredibly kind, prompt, personable, and professional. I would recommend, though, to future customers that you write down yourself what makeup colors and brands you decide on with your makeup artist so if you accidentally get a color or another service that does not seem correct to you, you can verify yourself with your own information, because everyone makes mistakes. Dena tried to resolve the issue, which I greatly appreciated and she was very responsive. In the end, the issue was not able to be resolved and I never got the name or a sample of Color B, so I requested a refund for the touch-up kit.
