I was impressed with how neat and orderly everything was-and not cluttered, like some other pawn shops I've visited. There are lots of DVDs and vinyl records, if that's your thing. I can't speak to any transaction, but the layout of the store was easy to navigate and the variety of items was pretty good.

They had a regular American silver Eagle for $35.00 on a day when spot price was $15.98. Yes, that is $14.00 Above spot price. Their competitors were $20-$21 for the exact same coin. Go to any other shop in town before this one. I recommend: Cedar Post, Discount Pawn, Guns and Diamonds, etc. Anywhere but here.

BUYER BEWARE: I asked the sale person before purchasing an item if I could return it if it didn't…read morework for me. She told me I could return it within 30 days for in store credit so I bought it. It didn't work for me and when I returned it a few days later, I was informed that they would charge a 25% restocking fee, that that policy was printed on the receipt I was given AFTER I had paid for it. If I had been informed upfront that I would only get 3/4 of the price back in credit, I would have not purchased it. All they had to do to restock the item was hang it back up in the empty spot where it had been a few days before. At least I know where not to shop in the future. A friendly name but NOT so friendly service.
