Jus got delivered the worst cheesesteak of all time. It was the works but it was literally a cheesesteak with "the works" dumped on top of the cheesesteak. I ordered a Tomato Pie at 5:15pm. It was described as having sauce, tomato's and basil. This order was for delivery, and I was told it would be 45 minutes. By 6:30 I called and was told it was on the way, again by 6:55 I called again and was told they were very busy and it would be there shortly. This place is literally a quarter-mile from where I live so I've been getting my pizza etc. from them for about a year and a half. However, the quality in the pizza has been getting worse lately and it's downright unappetizing by now. The crust, especially in the center, is limp and soggy and actually wet. They don't use the pans with the holes, I guess... The chicken cheesesteak was terrible. IDK what they're using for the chicken, but it was somehow wet and dry at the same time, tasted bad, and was overall very disappointing. The french fries are poor, too. If they don't have something you order, they won't call you, they just substitute something else. Order chocolate cake, get tiramisu. Order Coke, get Pepsi. Despite living so close, everything needs to be warmed up again by the time it gets here. And their lack of mask requirement is very concerning, in this age of disease. It's so easy to be considerate of the health of others-- which is what masks do, protect others from you, not you from others-- and yet they're permitting customers to breathe and cough in the same air they're cooking in. This could be my new "go to" spot for pizza in Browns Mills. Quick, friendly service and good food! The pizza is some of the best in town. The crust is a little thicker than I prefer, but it is overshadowed by the taste of the pizza in general and the toppings. We order pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. Every time. And they use sliced sausage on the pizza here instead of the shredded sausage that you'll find in so many other pizza joints in New Jersey. This is a big plus. I can actually taste the sausage on this pizza. I also like the mushrooms that they use here, and I'm not a big fan of mushrooms (wife likes them on her pizza, so I have to compromise). Another big plus is that they are considerably cheaper than other local pizza joints. A large, 3 topping pie will cost me $15 and change here, where it will set me back $18-$20 anywhere else in town. read more

Imagine my surprise when I find the turnover in a Styrofoam box as well as the 2 orders of wings and ONE sausage sandwich. I opened the pizza box to find a Pizza with 3 ingredients instead of the other sandwich. At 1st I thought it was someone else's order. So I called Family Pizza back. The same gentleman answered the phone and spent the next 5 minutes ARGUING with me, saying that's what I ordered. 'No, I read from my list, YOU were distracted and NOT paying attention & I had to repeat several times due to your distractions". Finally, begrudgingly, he says he'll send what I originally ordered. Meanwhile my daughter has no supper. It arrives within 25 minutes and again the delivery person is pleasant. BUT there was NO refund included. Add to that, it was again WRONG ITEM! But the poor kid ate it anyway.
