Everyone in their customer service department was so nice the entire time. They made sure that I got my shoes replaced within a reasonable time. After I got them, they actually seemed genuinely excited that I gave them an update and were down to talk shoes at anytime. The shoes I got were perfect for my plantar fasciitis. I've worn them all week at work, and my feet weren't killing me at all. I also messed up my knee a few weeks ago, and let me tell you how much good shoes also helps with the healing process of even your knees. My shoes were $180 but I scored them for $150 on the Shop app, but even without the deal, the quality of these shoes are great! I love that they're waterproof but also a knit shoe. Recommendation for anytime you're buying shoes: Go for that European size, that's the most accurate way to buy your shoes. I'm basically a 41 all across the board. Especially for the outdoor enthusiast, Merrell is a must stop, one-stop shop. Unlike many other stores whose location at Tanger is merely another regular location with markdowns, this is the only Merrell store in the Salt Lake Valley (with Merrell lovers having to find their stuff at an REI, Kirkham's, Smith & Edwards, or other specialty show retailer). Their prices have always been a bit high (even at this outlet), and they're one of the only outdoor retailers I've seen who have very little in the hiking accessories (backpacks, water bottles, etc.), but when it comes to outdoor shoes, they are tops. This is a welcome site to Merrellheads: Footwear especially made for hiking and trail running, winter boots, sandals that actually have grip, water shoes, slip-ons, cross-trainers, fitness shoes, and casuals (like Sugarbush and Moab). There's about the same amount of selection for the women as well ... and there's a good amount to gear up your little hikers as well. People often forget all the good clothing selection. Their stuff definitely leans toward winter. They have a deep collection of jackets (soft shells, hybrids, puffers, insulated, parkas, etc.), mid layers (with what seems to be a focus on fleece), thick socks, stocking caps, as well as some real durable (but still dressy) shorts and pants. Their home stuff is nice. And who doesn't need a book of Craigslist Missed Connections poetry? I mean, these are the items that fill in the blanks. I haven't shopped a place like this in a while.
