I would've given 5 stars but when I went in today looking for a 49ers hat that was very hard to find and the woman at the register seemed uninterested in my purchase and took forever to ring me up. I was the only person in the store. The owner was very frustrated with her. I get it minimum wage, minimum effort but that is ridiculous at least pretend like you are happy to be there. It's the only place in Santa Cruz that sells authentic sports gear. Not sure if I will be back based on my experience today. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size, but the friendly and helpful clerk clued me into their sister store, Big Kahuna, which had some sale Vionics available! I quickly walked next door! They had a wall full of sandals, including my favorite Vionics to choose from. I quickly picked out any sale sandals in my size, tried them on, and purchased two pair!
