Finally they will admit to giving Shopify your information with a CHATGPT-like response. You know, how chatGPT will come at you like it's a family member talking to you with fake familiarity.(Example) "We hear your frustration loud and clear, and I want to talk to you directly--from our family to yours--to clear the air on how our checkout process works and address the security concerns you've raised." Don't buy from this company unless you just don't care about privacy or respectable business practices. Also, my most recent purchase is clearly of lower quality than my first 3 hats. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that that the place was more than just a shoe store. It was an entire gift shop, with clothing, puzzles, and quirky items of all kinds on display. I explored the merchandise they had in the store, from unicorn themed books & ornaments to cozy pajamas made of the softest material ever. It was tempting, but I purchased my lovely new black comfortiva boots and was on my way. If you can look past the outrageous pricing, there's much to appreciate about this cute lil shop. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size, but the friendly and helpful clerk clued me into their sister store, Big Kahuna, which had some sale Vionics available! I quickly walked next door! They had a wall full of sandals, including my favorite Vionics to choose from. I quickly picked out any sale sandals in my size, tried them on, and purchased two pair! New Vionics usually run about $89, but I paid $45 and $65 for my two pair! Rest assured, I will make it a point to visit Big Kahuna every time I'm in Capitola!

Eventually he relocated to downtown Santa Cruz, in the pacific garden mall (then known as Sports Xtreme) this store is fully stocked and whatever the don't have he will order it for you. I would've given 5 stars but when I went in today looking for a 49ers hat that was very hard to find and the woman at the register seemed uninterested in my purchase and took forever to ring me up. I was the only person in the store. The owner was very frustrated with her. I get it minimum wage, minimum effort but that is ridiculous at least pretend like you are happy to be there. It's the only place in Santa Cruz that sells authentic sports gear. Not sure if I will be back based on my experience today. Not sure what the hiring process is like, rest assured you will be out of business if you continue to hire workers that act like they would rather be somewhere else.
