Stay away from these guys so I ordered a couple pairs of boots from these guys in corona and one of them was supposed to be delivered to my house in 5-7 business days. Been a redwing shoe customer for a few years now, but will now be giving my business to someone else. Stopped by yesterday to buy myself some shoes and buy another pair for a family member. Took the shoes home that I bought for my family member and she tried them on carpet for no longer then a minute. They did not fit, so I stopped by to get a bigger size and just to be told by Viviana that the shoes had been worn and if they exchange them it would be final sale. Lesson learned that I should of opened the box handed to me, the shoes given to me had a dirty sole. Definitely one of the best Red Wing stores I've ever been to. This store is far from my house in Huntington Beach, CA but we were out here for Mother's Day and had a little extra time to waste so we stopped in. Their employee Gabriel P. was not only one of the most knowledgeable employees I've ever spoken with, but by far the most helpful. He began with having my sizing checked on the digital machine. He explained what all the sizes and widths would work best for me and explained how each model will fit different. I've bought about 6 pairs by now so I'm aware of this quite a bit, but I wasn't aware about widths and being able to size down on a certain model to get perfect width and length. After all of the information, he had me try on about 3 different sizes, and two different widths. Amazingly, after trying all of them on, I needed to size down one complete size and get the narrowest width in the boots I was looking for. I was pretty amazed at the time he took to make sure I got the exact size I needed, his patience, and how nice he was throughout the entire process. I recently broke one of the lace hooks on my Red Wing boots. I brought them into the Corona store on Thursday afternoon, expecting to have to leave them for a couple days to get the hook replaced. To my surprise, the gentleman told me that it would be about 10 minutes because there were a couple people ahead of me. Wow -- they were actually going to make the repair while I waited! I gladly hung out for the very short amount of time it took them to replace the broken hook. Not only did they repair my boot, but they polished both boots (they look like new again), and noticed that I walk on the outside edges of my heels, so they added heel pads, new laces and some really cool metal USA flag lace charms. All for free! I have another old pair (the pair I wore through prior to buying this pair) that I'm going to have sent out to be re-soled and cleaned up. Red Wing isn't the cheapest brand by far, but you certainly get what you pay for. Where else can I get this level of customer service? I typically get about 4-5 years out of a pair of Red Wing boots -- I'd be lucky to get a couple years out of some of the other brands. This is the first time I've needed a repair on a Red Wing boot in the 25+ years that I've been using them, and I'm certainly glad I brought them in to see about the hook repair. read more

This young man was exactly what we needed because he was friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable about the product but not over the top with too much information. Anthony is who you want to ask for when you shop in this store. We brought our 10 month old daughter with us & as babies can be, she was squealing & smiling at everyone. Not once did Anthony ignore her in fact he would talk with her & tell us how adorable she was. I've been a Store Manager in retail for over 15 yrs & an Office Manager in both Optometry & Dental, so I know talent when I see it. And Anthony is it! Hopefully his manager and possibly corporate might come across this review & recognize what an outstanding sales associate they have in Anthony. The store was organized & clean. They were slow when we arrived but about 5 other customers walked in while we were there. All of their associates kept up with the flow of customer traffic & never made us feel ignored. And the best part is they have a 30 day return/exchange policy for this style of boots. So so important when you are spending nearly $200. This store and its associates are awesome. I have always loved the Red Wings/Irish Setter brand. My work & motorcycle boots are exclusively these brands. They cost a little more up front, but it's worth it for what you get. The boots last. They are comfortable, once broken in. I love the fact that if you need a new sole or stitching, etc. you can get them fixed. Repairs or dying of color is at a minor expense and much better than having to buy new boots. If you need new laces, just go in and ask they will give them to you. This brand still honors the customer service and branding you expect from an old school company. It is simply amazing. I love the Corona store staff. The guys are always so polite and ready to help with anything. They assist with a smile instead of an attitude. I have never felt like they weren't attentive or ready to help, even when I stopped by 1 minute to close. The gentleman was literally closing the lock gate, but still let me in and assisted me as if it was normal hours not quitting time. I dropped boots a week and a half ago to have them dyed black. The guys told me 2/3 weeks turn time, they are already back on my feet and it hasn't even been a full two weeks. True to the Red Wing brand, the dye looks fantastic. No complaints ever!
