These people are RESELLERS, I came in 12/21/22 to look at Jordans. I noticed all shoes had their prices removed, some had left over sticker residue where you could see a price sticker once was. Upon asking prices for shoes I had just looked at a few weeks ago, going for $109 at that time, this guy straight face says they are $350. Are you flipping serious? How is anyone shopping here? Why? Customer service is ON POINT. There were 3 female associates, one including the manager and they really were working hard. Saying hello to every customer who would walk in and running back and forth to get everyone their right sizes. When they didn't have a size in the shoe I wanted, they would recommend another shoe or give us good info in when they might get it back in stock. I found my shoe spot. I recently shopped at this location and I must say it is one of my favorites yet! They have such a large variety from different brands, colors, styles, and sizes I was able to get my self, husband and three children a pair of shoes they had all of our sizes in stock and I must say the employees are so great and very patient and helpful. I was helped by a young man by the name of tony he was so respectful and very understanding and helped me pick out the right pair of shoes for my husband. They are also doing great with following safety procedures for covid which is also a plus knowing I can shop a bit with no worries. I will definitely be visiting this location more often. read more

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here at this location. The girls were so helpful an honest when It came to asking for their opinions. Valerie was amazing she was very informative and welcoming she even interacted with my 3 son while we made our purchase at the counter with Kendall. Kendall was great she did everything possible to help give us the best price she could on our purchase , that meant a lot to us. As we were getting ready to exit my husband noticed his glossy Jordan 1's had water spots on them. We walked back to the counter and asked if they had any shoe cleaner, without hesitation Alex pulled out shoe cleaner and residue protector. She then began cleaning his shoes. An absolute HORRIBLE retail store and experience. I swore I would never step foot back in that particular store a year ago and guess what...nothing has changed from my experience a year prior. I stood at the mens Adidas Originals section for 15 minutes with not ONE guy or gal approaching me. I grabbed the shoe I was interested in and took it over to the register where a girl was standing. When I asked her if someone could help me she said and I quote..."ahhh, yea in a minute". I made sure she saw the look on my face when I looked towards the front of the store where there were two or three SP employees all standing there talking amongst themselves. I shook my head, put the shoe down and walked out. Again, I will NEVER step foot into any Shoe Palace as long as I live and have money to spend on shoes. read more

I haven't been to this location, but I will say, my experience online was terrible. Tried to buy the new Jordan's with their "bot" defeating system. If I can give them a ZERO I would. My husband and I went in today to buy some nikes. The sales guy was awesome I wish I got his name. My husband explained to the sales guy that he needed some comfortable shoes because he was in a motorcycle accident. We found a pair it was a great price. After we paid we notice the price was more. So we went back in and a gentleman name Matt helped us and he said the price is right but it had a sticker price on it for cheaper. So we ask can we get the sticker price and he said no because someone put that price in there I told him you guys have 10 people walking around. It was false advertising. We got are money back but he was rude. He Told the sales guy just give them there money and don't say anything to us. We were asking if they have deals for Black Friday. We weren't saying anything. My daughter was still in there. We were waiting for her. She said once we walked out they were talking so bad about us. It was so unprofessional and rude. We bought 2 pairs of Adidas ....both pairs came apart at the seam at the bottom of the shell toe. I wore mine twice and my husband wore his 3 or 4 times. Spent almost $200.00 for these terrible shoes. Already past the 30 day warranty. Probably wouldn't have tripped if only one pair did it, but both at the same place...crap shoes...save your money!!! read more
