The employee who assisted me was extremely informative, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. After speaking with her for a bit, I learned that she was actually the store manager, Miranda Troncoso. It was refreshing and impressive to see a manager leading from the front and working alongside her team. That level of hands-on leadership really stood out to me. I truly appreciated the way she handled customer interactions, especially knowing how challenging it can be to work with the public--I work in wireless as a district manager, so I understand firsthand.
