It's been a bit of a miss at the outlet location, but I guess there just isn't the variety or "newness" of the regular stores. Same with service here. Either someone is following me around the entire time, or doesn't acknowledge my presence. (Which is totally fine by me... I usually know what I'm looking for and don't require a ton of help.) I will say, when I can find a pair of shoes I like, I snatch them up. They are pretty good quality and last for quite awhile. Same for most of the clothing too. The pants here don't seem to fit my body type, but hey, you can't win em all. I do really enjoy their dresses though, and the sale racks, (while usually packed with stuff) can be a bit difficult to navigate, you can sometimes find a pretty good steal here.

I remember buying polo shirts for around $25 each at this store a very short time ago. The polo shirts yesterday were listed at $110.- each. I guess they forgot they are an outlet store??? I was told that with the 30% sale price and a member's discount, the price would be about $55- each. That was the ticket price before our new Brandon Inspired Economy. The store to the right of the Polo store still has a great selection with outlet type discounts.

I went into the store to buy 1 item. There was only 1 employee working who was piercing at the…read moremoment. There were a hand full of people in the store. When I was ready to check out I stood at the counter for a couple minutes without the employee saying anything to me. 3 other people got behind me to check out as well. Everyone was waiting on the employee to finish OR AT LEAST SAY "HEY I'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU" but she totally ignored us. The girl who was getting her ears pierced had a friend with her. As the employee finished piercing her, her friend then got into the seat to get pierced too. I expected the employee to say something to the customers waiting in line but still nothing. Btw the piercing station was right in front of the check out counter. I ended up just walking out.
