I called in earlier today at 2pm because I had placed another order for pick up ( 2 pairs of sneakers) and they told me it'll be ready within an hour. I called back at 5:25 and some guy answers the phone with ATTITUDE telling me there's only 2 people working in today and that they have so many orders to work with etc. 0 STARS!
