Horrible customer service! There were about 5 employees around the store, one of which was on her phone towards the back of the store. I had to find someone to ask for help and as soon as I got the help, she disappeared. I needed to purchase shoes for my kids and I found a pair in my daughter's size but once I opened the box the found that the shoe was dirty not only on the sole but the fabric inside too. This was the only one in the size that I saw, so I went to the counter and asked for a stock check but they didn't have anymore in stock. I was told my only option was to have the shoe cleaned. Well after Jacob took about 5 minutes trying to clean the shoe, I saw no difference. Check out the pictures of what he tried to sale me at regular price! I left a message for the district manager Ernesto, so we will see if I receive a call back. Smh...trying to support a local business...FAILED! Prices are reasonable. Buyer beware you get what you pay for and they do not stand behind the merchandise they sell. We bought a pair of work boots that were worn only 40 times , then there were holes through the sole of each boot. We took the boots back to Chino WSS where they were purchased from, they informed us there was nothing they could do to help us, we would have to call customer service to file a complaint about the boots. If you want cheap shoes you are only going to wear once or twice they may have what you are looking for. Do not expect any type of quality from what you buy here, and poor customer service. read more

I understand having a bad day or just being under the weather; however, that is no excuse for a manager to belittle an associate or anyone for that matter. Jose, the store manager needs to learn how to talk to people, especially in front of customers. I felt so bad for the employee. They are there to work and the person helping me did all she could for me, she was so nice and helpful. She just needed a simple question answered, there was no need for him to be rude. He just needed to explain to her how to do one thing. Next time explain step by step and communicate, understanding what they are having an issue with, you just doing it to save your frustration helps no one in the long run. So I bought shoes from a WSS in LA and all I wanted from this place was an even exchange. The shoe that I had they didnt even carry. They called the Rialto store and they had them. But this store wanted to do the return and make the purchase therefore when I go to the Rialto store I could just pick up the shoes. Sounds fine right? WRONG! This process took over an hour!!!!!! Why? Because tax percentage is different in LA rather than the IE... how much you ask? 80 damn sense!!!!! I stayed at this place for 80 cents they could've kept it for all I cared but no one knew how to return shoes then buy them back. It was such a headache. 3 people had tried to help. The staff seems pretty friendly and will help when they need to, so that's a plus. They have shoes and its a pretty good selection. What more do you expect from a shoe store? The prices are reasonable and not highly inflated. They have a lot of good deals/offers too. The workers are cool and helped me out when I needed it. I had a good experience overall and don't see anything wrong with the place. Everything was clean and orderly. They seem to be doing things right since it was rather packed, and didn't take long to get checked out. I went to this location yesterday to purchase some shoes for my son and as soon as I walked in I was greeted but once I started looking for shoes I noticed that all of the employees were walking around moping it seemed like no one was in a good mood nor wanted to be there. I then had a question so I walked back to the front since that guy that greeted seemed nice at first and then he pretty much just shooed me away and told me he would have someone else help me which was no help. Once I got what I wanted I went to check out and the cashier was the worst of all, she had the worst attitude I've ever witnessed in a customer service setting, it's extremely disappointing when you're a paying customer and don't get the proper experience expected. This location has a limited selection of boy's shoes that aren't Jordans or cost less than $50-65. My boys are 4 and 6 years old. They've had plenty of pairs of Jordans. Now that they're older and basically destroy or outgrow shoes in two months, I buy less expensive, but still good looking shoes. Unfortunately this location just doesn't have many other styles to choose from (i.e. Puma, Adidas, etc.) that look good. I liked the shoes i found here but product satisfaction can only go so far, employees are rude and immature and I was in the store for over an hour and not one person tried to help me, instead they would rather set at the front register goofing around and texting on their cell phones. My husband and I go to WSS very often when we go we usually buy 4 pairs of shoes one for each of us and as well one for my daughters every single time we go to WSS there's always problems with the coupons or what gets a discount what doesn't well this time my jaw dropped so we first started out at the other WSS in Rialto then we went to this WSS seconds because our last experience here was not great so they have a sign buy one get one half off and although I pick two pairs of shoes in the deal buy one get one half off because the shoe was marked down a penny less than anything else we were not allowed to use the buy one get one half off which know where did it state that I asked an employee if those counted for the buy one get one half off she said yes and sure enough I get to the register and it's an issue I just think it's really sad I going to WSS and drop usually at least $200 every time I go but I will not go back to this one ever again I actually will not be going to WSS at all again it's not always about the deals it's about the customer service I wish I remembered that manager's name it is a female although she apologized which does speak volumes to me the look on her face I could basically say she really didn't care that I was unhappy and that's the sad part they weren't even willing to work with us at all over a penny I had to pay $30 more over a penny read more
