Service was bad. If you need a size employees won't look at anything that isn't eye level. I had to look for my own size on a top shelf and all the boxes came tumbling down. So sad employees now just show up for a pay check. read more

At the WSS @ foothill location today, at 7:45pm, I had the worst customer service experience, and if I could give it a zero, I would. The so call "manager" after charging me he said the transaction didnt went through. I checked my bank transactions and stated it as authorized. The "manager said he would have to charge me again. I told him I was not going to pay twice for the same item. Then he had the audacity to say he was not going to allow me to leave the store with free merchandise, calling me broke. I told him I wasn't broke is not like I want to steal the merchandise. He asked me to jump over the counter to squared up and then he called the cops saying I assaulted him and told them I wasnt allowed to visit my corner SWSS. Descriptions of so call "manager" skinny, big nose and a poser white mexican. By the way he called me fat trying to trigger me to whop his ass. This man is a liar and doesn't have the balls to admit he messed up. Instead, he persistently lied to the peace officers. No type of customer service training. Make sure you guys go dressed to impressed other wise theyll think you broke with criminal records and call the cops on you. SMH on this SWSS location. read more

This store steals do not purchase from here! They said that supposedly I "picked up my item" that I ordered and then that it was canceled ! When I talked to customer service they told me that the "cameras" said I did an "exchange" which was not true! And they said I couldn't get my refund! I am sure one of the coworkers stole the item and blamed it on the customer! read more

Store was clean and organized. Was greeted right away and was able to find what I needed to get in and out. Went to look at some other shoes and a worker kindly moved the rack so that I could get a closer look. Only problem I have was that the girl who rang me up didn't tell me if I joined the rewards program I could get 10% off my purchase. Didn't find that out til I walked out and saw it on a sign. She needs to work in telling people about deals. read more

Basically its young immature girls doing the ringing up customers. This store is alot bigger than the fontana store. Came here to pick up shoes from an order I made from the fontana store. Soon as I walked in I saw my shoe box on the counter. When it was my turn the poor girl was looking hard for my shoe box and I literally had to call her and say they're right there. Then here we go again. Didnt know how to put in the system that I'm picking up shoes after I was just at the Fontana store for over an hour. She called someone higher up on the walkie. That took a while for her to come to the front. She noticed it was an easy step then looked at me embarrassed and apologized. I think between this store and Fontana, I've had enough of WSS. Staff seemed to not be trained at all locations. Or they're just lazy and dont want to work at all. Very frustrating! read more

Stopped by to get some new shoes for work. Looked around through the aisles. Plenty of options for everyone's taste. Continued to look around up and down making eye contact with the employees. Never approached or asked if I needed help. Employees at cash register stood around looking at their phones on opposite side of counter and giggled like a pack of hyenas. As I combed through the shoes closest to the register I asked a male employee standing by the entrance for assistance. The podgy male employee with blonde streaks decided to stand around and scroll at his phone instead of helping me. I observed him do this at least 3X including myself. He casually passed us off to a female employee with a limp. The lady obviously walks with some lankness; not the quickest. Yet this did not deter the lazy male employee from assisting other customers until I started staring at his willful neglect to be of any support to customers. My turn at the register. The cashier was in a mood. If you don't like your mundane job do something to better your situation. No need to be a robot. This pace is a joke. Shop online or elsewhere. read more

I had a really bad experience I bough some shoes for my son for a gift they had the last pair on the display One of the shoe was dirty but I decided to buy it they offered me a 10%but with the option of not able to exchange no more I decide not to take it because it was a gift and he my not like it .. then after couple days I went back to exchange cause my son did not like it and they did not want exchange for me because they said they had been used I request to speak to the supervisor and he did not approve the exchange even tho I explain what they had told me went I purchase it .. I feel like that's is so unprofessional next time they should be giving out. A Paper signed their is going to be a exchange so people won't have this problem read more

Huge upgrade from the previous location, wide selection of literally everything. Love the fact that everything I ever need is in stock. Store itself is clean. Some employees from the previous location are here and the new ones are pretty chill too. All the parking that's available now only makes this new location even better! read more

Well, definitely larger than any other one I have been to before. Pretty cool how they have the little soccer goal set up inside. Other than that everything is about the same. No complaints. read more

I thought it would be an easier process to order online, "in and out" type of deal. All day I have been picking up orders from other stores (Macys, Kohl's, and JCPenney). It takes typically 10 minutes max 15 minutes. I gave the Rialto store a second chance (after a year), due to its rude employees. Sure enough same scenario. They tell me my order is not available due to it being "flagged" for fraud. I see an employee go behind me and I notice a "Big guy" behind me also. I'm 4'11...Then that same "big guy" goes behind the cashier counter. The cashier tells me it is rare when the cards are flagged. What a waste of my time. read more

Came here last week and had amazing service from one of the employees. You His name was Aaron and he went above and beyond to help me find some red checkered old school vans. Although we didn't find it he looked everywhere for the shoe and even called other stores to see if we can ship it. I came to look for the shoe before and the other employee didn't help me a much as Aaron. I even offered a tip and he politely declined the tip. read more

My husband bought my son shoes, unfortunately shoes didn't fit him. When I tried to exchange them at this location, staff was literally checking the lines at the bottom of the shoes getting all technical about it, to tell me I wasn't able to exchange them. I went to another location and it only took a second for them to take them back. I will not be returning to this location ever again. read more

This place is ridiculous I understand it's so packed for the holidays but when customer service ain't provided makes u unappreciated and not wanting to return! So I waited in a long line for about 30 minutes and was waiting for one of the workers to check another location, but by the time that I got to pay nobody had checked, frustrating after waiting so long! Then one of the shoes that I was going to buy was in the location of a different price which I did not know cuz the shoe had no price on it other than being in front of the label with the price. I told the manager about it and he could not do anything to offer it just to give me the actual price which I was not aware of I wouldn't have even waited 30 minutes in line!
