They would not return them because they were worn. No dirt, no marks but they did ask me if I wore them and I said I did. They told me at that point, they cannot return them and asked if I had contacted Adidas. My response is why would I talk to Adidas when I bought them from you. I bought them the week prior. Apparently they have a policy not to allow returns on worn shoes. These had less than 20 minutes of wear on them. They refuse to return them. In this case, I would say you're only as good as your return policy and I would not recommend buying anything at Dick's Sporting Goods. The manager was very rude and Direct that since I admitted that I wore them, she could not accept return. Not a great policy in these times, from the sounds of some of the other comments, customer service is a problem for Dick's Sporting Goods.

(#1) As a result, I've rarely met TJ I didn't like, which includes this location next to Willamette Center. At one point TJ Maxx was in downtown Salem, but now this is the only one left in the city. Like many of the businesses in the same lot, it looks and feels new. However, unlike those businesses, TJ Maxx actually has a steady flow of people going in and out. There's no doubt, it's a popular store. (#2) Parking isn't an issue with so many open spaces and it's an easy place to be. Of the few times I've been, I feel this TJ's was solid inventory wise. I found a good amount of clothing for men's and was able to find a gift or two in the kitchen + home decor areas. I also scored a charger for my rental car and almost bit on some of their limited Oregon Ducks gear. No dice on the shoes (#3) but they do have some sizes in the 14-15 range. Service overall seems okay. They're good about letting folks use the restrooms (which were super clean) and keeping the changing rooms tidy. The cashiers are strangely a little slow and sometimes line form as a result. Given how often I'm in Salem, I'm certain I'll be back again. __________ (#1) Ok, not really. Spent 1/2 hour+ trying on shoes. Found a pair of Nike ($79.00). When checking out clerk applied the coupon, oh, you can't use the coupon on Nike. What shoes can I use it on? Oh, there's a whole list of them. I walked out with no shoes. Will avoid driving across town and visit a local shoe store and spend my dollars and save gas money.
