This recently remodeled location offers a wide variety of brand name shoes at reasonable prices. You can find everything from flip flops to sneakers to dress shoes here. The ONLY thing keeping them from a full five stars is that often, I find a style of shoe (and price) that I like, but they don't have that one in my size - which is neither freakishly large or startlingly small - it's just average... :) I've been going here for years and would recommend to anyone! read more

I just had the most horrible experience trying to exchange a pair of shoes for my daughter. I did the BOGO and bought a pair for her and a pair for my niece (which I shipped to her). I bought the wrong style and went to return today with my receipt. The sales lady said that she would have to refund my entire previous transaction and CHARGE me the other half of the second pair of shoes because the BOGO wasn't going on at this time. My daughter picked out a pair of shoes that were the exact same price of the shoes that we were returning. The sales lady preceded to read the stoee policy and tell me because of people like me was why the policy changed. I got really heated and walked out without being my daughter the shoes that she actually wanted. I don't understand, if I wasn't asking for money back, why was I treated this way?? read more

My rating is due to the bad customer service I received from employee Katie.Before this visit I've had excellent and friendly service from the staff at this location.They always go out their way to help and friendly greeting you at the door.But this visit on 3/15/22 had me so irritated and upset.All I came in for was to exchange my Nike sandals for a bigger size. I came in around 4pm which I was greeted and assisted by young lady staff.She found me the size I was looking for. I also bought a pair of socks.Ready to check out and pay for my items .Katie is the one who checked me out.Out of no where of her checking me out she felt the need to complain to me about how she's not good spelling peoples name or how to pronounce it.She kept going on and on to the point she kept talking over me when I was telling her if she added all my items so I can pay.But she was so passive aggressive with me that she needed to prove her point about that's how her brain works when it comes to people.Mind you my kids are with me and they can see how upset I was getting by my facial expression. I really should of left the items there and take my exchange shoes and left the store.So then she insults me by saying my name wrong.And she's arguing me about my name and how it's spelled.When I told her it was misspelled accidentally.So Kathie was adamant about fixing it. My point is what takes normally 2-3 mins to check out took Chattering Katie 10 mins because she felt she was on a debate club.For my two teenage girls to see how crazy she was getting with me left a bad taste in their mouth on the customer service I received. read more

This store is a joke!!! Turned me away when trying to do an even exchange for the same shoe but different size because THEY couldn't get THEIR receipt THEY gave me to scan!! They should have just made it work since it was their fault, not tell me there's nothing they can do!! Just totally unacceptable and what a waste of time!!!! They had quite a selection like most. Although, I've been told that my customer service expectations are too high. I feel like first impressions go a long way. I walked into the store and the first thing I saw was the workers chatting at the cash register. Another was helping another customer and telling life stories. I was looking for shoes for my son and still couldn't get any help. Walked around a little more finally thinking one of the women were going to help Walked in the middle of the aisle to. Chat with the woman helping the other woman. Although they had shoes on display some up I actually had to go to other areas to find that shoe. Finally. I ended up leaving without help. Had the most wonderful experience at this location. I'm a huge fan of famous footwear when the BOGO is going on because it includes the clearance. The associate who helped my family and I (can't remember her name now but the receipt has her associate ID as 641926) was so pleasant and patient with not only helping us while we were shopping but also at checkout on explaining the rewards program. Let me start off by saying that this is the only location of this store/chain that I have been to. I don't go often, as they are slightly out of my way and I feel that they are a little overpriced unless I am looking for something specific. I have found several great pairs of shoes there, including flats and heels, from a variety of brands. By and large, they carry a large selection of reputable brands and a variety of different styles and sizes. Their sales area is usually reliably lacking, but if you have eclectic taste, they do have good deals there. The store is clean and inviting, and the sales staff are always attentive and helpful- often suggesting similar brands or styles, and troubleshooting what is wrong with the shoe (or in some cases, your foot) that is preventing a good fit. Jenn was often who I worked with, and was helpful and friendly and usually wore shoes of her own that were quite stylish- often from the store itself. Unfortunately she is no longer there. Regardless of who you work with though, one of the cool things about this company is that if they do not have a style you want in your size/color, they can order it for you and ship it to your home for free! Sure, you still have to wait, but other stores simply tell you that you can order it online or advise that you try another location, but here they take a more proactive approach to providing you the shoe your heart desires. read more
