Most things are always on sale or have some type of deal going on. I was looking for a new pair of workout shoes and though it's great they have many options for women who wear a bigger shoe size, I didn't like that once it hit a size 9 that all of the shoes were "wide". I went to return some pictures that I had just purchased the day prior, and they had minor marks on them. Because I did not ask for a discount at time purchase for the minor marks that were on the picture, the store manager would not return them. I told him I purchased it like that, but it did not work in customer space. I had my receipt and picture packaging was never opened. He told me to take it back to the store where I purchased it. So, I had to take time to call to the headquarters in order to return the pictures. I guess he was some sort of power trip. Nonetheless, I will not be shopping at the Stafford location. Never had such a horrible experience with a return at Ross.

Employees greeted me as I walked in (a little dry, but it's the thought that counts). Store could be cleaned up a little more but I like the new setup. A lot of people sleep on Ross, but they have a lot of hidden gems in here! Furniture and shoes are their strong suit for the hidden gems & you're welcome in advance.

I stopped at this Walmart while traveling through the area. I ended up stranded here all day since…read moremy vehicle died. I was in and out of the store many times throughout the day. All of the associates I dealt with were wonderful. I went over to the auto section to ask for help. One of the guys mentioned that he was about to go on break & to meet him out front shortly. He brought out some gizmo to try to jump my car. It was this small unit. We tried a few times but it didn't work. The shelves all looked full. Plenty of associates to ask for help and restocking the shelves. Plenty of product to choose from. The store was clean and lines at the open registers more than a couple times when I was in. Like I said. I was in & out of the store many times that day. They have a McDonald's inside and they were kind enough to let me use their outlet to plug my phone in to charge it back up. So I bought a couple of burgers & fries and gave it to someone in line. I don't eat food from here.

I had to ask if they had what I needed because there was no way I could find things on my own. I felt like I was on an episode of hoarders with hair products all around me. At first, the woman helping me couldn't find the hair that I was looking for. I was about to leave, and she found it in a location near the ground where no customer would ever get on their knees to look! I quickly purchased my items and ran out. If I ever return to this beauty supply, the person working there will just have to help me find things. I had to stand in the next aisle over just to see the hair that I was looking at on the wall since it was too close. They probably need to remove about 4 aisles of products for the place to seem normal. 3 Stars
