Long story short, we went to another store and start to head home when we were pulled over by the police on the coldest day of the year they made us get out of our vehicle on the side of the road while they search for stolen jackets in our vehicle, which they found nothing. We asked the officer who made the statement that we shoplift a bunch of jackets and they said that we have to talk to the management cause they made the call and reported it. So ever since then we refuse to shop there, I gave it to the management that 2020 was a hard and difficult time to shop in stores, but you shouldn't racially profile people and put them in groups just because they're the same race do better.

This store In particular though has way too many employees working. The entrance/exit always has about 5 people to simply greet you and then the cashiers standing around those five. Which made This visit very awkward. When I was checking out there was a huge and loud bickering session between the employees legit yelling at each other with who had more authority, very immature which makes sense sense since all workers were late teens or early 20s. It was very unprofessional and only seemed to heighten as they then tried enlisting more employees to the argument yelling across the store. The one employee finally walked away and it fizzled out but went on for several minutes too long. Makes the beauty of shooing online more ideal.

I have visited a couple of Athleta stores over the past few weeks. Tonight's visit was impromptu while I was trying to get some exercise by walking around in the mall. I noticed that they had a sale sign out, I'm always in to see what is on clearance or reduced rack. Just as the staff at my local store has proven to be, the staff was friendly and informative. I was able to try some pants on and get suggestions, and I even asked which color looked best and got a solid answer. The store associate that was their knew about all of the new items and also was willing to pull stuff from the back that was on clearance or close out to show me. I will continue to shop at this chain. I am extremely impressed.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and offered help. Samantha went above and beyond, walking around the store with me looking for tropical shirts, even taking a sweater off a mannequin when we couldn't find another one in my size! When we moved to the golf department, she introduced me to Jason, who helped me find the perfect pair of CALIA golf pants in the right size. What impressed me most was the teamwork. Jason even brought Samantha back over to give me a woman's opinion on the fit before I made my decision. When the sweater didn't have a price tag, he quickly looked it up and checked me out himself. It's refreshing to shop somewhere where employees genuinely enjoy helping customers. Samantha and Jason made my shopping trip easy, fun, and successful. Unfortunately, when I got home, I saw that there were magnetic security tags at the bottom sides of the blouses. This was extremely inconvenient and I had hoped to wash them and start wearing them immediately. I had a busy day and rushed to the store this evening to get this fixed, and unfortunately arrived 10 minutes later than closing. I saw the same worker exiting and asked him if he could help me take out the tags on his way out and he said no, and that I had to come back again. He said sorry as I walked away. I just feel very frustrated that I need to come back a third time when this could've been wholly prevented; the self-check out machine could've informed me to go to an associate to take out the security tags before I left the store, and the security alarm could've gone off as I was leaving! What's the point of a security tag otherwise? I hope that this issue is addressed so it doesn't happen to anybody else.
