It was very quiet on a Wednesday night, so we had a lot of chances to get to know the restaurant owner. He was so friendly and welcoming! What a great guy! I recommended that he contact Yelp to set up a Yelp Elite event there sometime. They definitely have the space. When you walk in, there is an area for smoking hookahs. The hookahs did not have much of an odor (not like cigarette smoke), so it didn't impede on our dining experience. The atmosphere is basically a large banquet hall with a stage. The owner advised they do lots of events there, especially on the weekends. They also have a huge patio. The food! Wow! What huge, generous portions! We were all thrilled with our orders. The hummus is so creamy and delicious. They have a large menu, with photos to help you make your choices. Everything was plated beautifully and tasted amazing. I can't wait to go back and try some of their fish dishes. I was told they get fresh fish on a regular basis.

I'm going to just start with this: the servings are CRAZY BIG!! I'm easily getting two servings out of the chicken tikka. The soup was really flavorful without being salty at all, very aromatic. My husband inhaled it without breathing. Everything was delicious. The chicken was juicy and beautifully seasoned, the baba ghanoush was smokey and the pitas soft and chewy in a good way. You better believe we'll be picking up from here again! Also I'd like to point out that even the rice had an amazing flavor. Usually other restaurant's rice is an afterthought or just a filler - not much to it. This was the opposite. Bouncy, seasoned to perfection - that alone will have me going back!

The food arrived with the steaming hot meat on top of the cold lettuce, which made the whole salad wilted and soggy. 2. The Iraqi bread used to be so good but now tastes more processed and not as fresh nor homemade. 3. The gyro meat seemed steamed or microwaved and not cooked right. Same with koobideh that I ordered that was supposed to be medium temp and it was rare and mushy -- almost raw.

The gentleman working noticed us studying the menu and was extremely helpful, even offering a few sample bites before we decided. We ended up getting a chicken wrap, a falafel wrap, hummus and baklava. Hands down, the falafel was my favorite. I asked for the orange hot sauce on the side and it was fantastic. Definitely spicy though so be careful if that isn't your thing. The falafel was flavorful and moist. The wrap came with lettuce, tomato, pickle, cucumber and sauce inside a tortilla, then grilled. Absolutely perfect. Fresh and delicious. My partner's chicken was also great. Fewer vegetables than on the falafel wrap. The chicken meat was super juicy and perfectly seasoned. Both meals came with a soup that was a nice addition. But people... hear me out.... The baklava. SO. FREAKING GOOD. Perfectly flaky and the right amount of sweetness. We added it on as an impulse buy while we paid and it ended up being the star of the show. I sincerely can't wait to go back. Thank you for a great meal!

Naoosh specializes in sweet treats from baklava to dubai chocolate bars, homemade gelato and so much more. This local sweet shop is also a market that specializes in imported goods. I was even more excited to hear they are serving up authentic middle eastern cuisine. Packed with so much flavor, each of the meats were so tender and juicy. The fresh Arabic bread is layered at the bottom of the tray to soak up all the juices from the meat. A was tearing off bread, pinch and eat. Mmmm! The Falafel is a must try.
