This year Allure was bought out by new owners and the new owners run the salon like a boot camp. Some of the staff have confided in me about the low morale and miserable work environment. This week, for the first time in five years I missed an appointment. My husband compensated the hairdresser $250 for the missed appointment. I then received a phone call from the new owner telling me that due to the missed appointment I was no longer allowed to be a customer there. Really?
