What should have been a quick lunch turned into a 1.5-hour ordeal just to get a burger and a chicken Caesar wrap. The biggest frustration was the drink service. I ordered a beer at the same time I ordered my food, but it never showed up. I had to follow up, and eventually, I even had to go up to the kitchen myself to ask for it. Somehow, my food actually beat the beer to the table. As for the food itself, it was "meh"--not bad, but definitely nothing spectacular or worth that kind of wait. When you're spending 90 minutes on a basic lunch order, the quality needs to be a lot higher to justify the time. Bottom line: Unless you have half your afternoon to kill for average food, I'd look elsewhere. Would you like me to find a higher-rated spot in Concord for next time?

I called back and was told I could not be refunded because the manager/owner was not there and that the only option was to get a replacement meal. Granted I'm on my lunch break on a time crunch. I went back to get the replacement meal and a different young lady came to the window to ask what I needed to help with. I told her I was returning a plate of food that had hair in it and instead of an apology or saying sorry for the inconvenience she just turned around, grab the replacement meal and put the bag out the window. In summary, two weeks in a row something was not right with my order and today the Customer Service experience was poor. She just kept telling me they didn't have any chicken as if I was supposed to be okay with paying for something that I'm not getting. I demanded a refund for my order at which time she called the manager who informed her that the chicken was in the freezer. So they ended up taking the food back to the kitchen to add the chicken to my sandwich. Additionally, their food is nowhere near as flavorful as the other locations that I have visited. I have stopped getting any chicken wrap whatsoever from this location because the chicken is so scant that you have to pay to add additional protein just to get an actual serving size in the wrap. Another thing that this location does that irks me is that they will serve a breakfast wrap (that is sealed on both ends) and not bother to cut it (every other location that I've gone to does) or at least offer to. They also will send you off without bothering to add a straw or the requested side item to your online order. Other than that, this location appears clean. They usually provide fast service via online orders on the app. I cannot say that I will never go to this location again, however I will continue to avoid it especially for the food! Considering that this location is most proximal to where I live, I have visited often enough to determine that they are consistently inconsistent on the food.
