I'm not sure why the reviews for this location are so low, every time I come my food is hot and fresh and so yummy! We came for breakfast and were greeted and seated right away upon arriving. The restaurant is always clean and the servers are so nice! I received plenty of compliments on my hair from the staff and they were all serving smiles. Our server was all smiles and so accommodating! I ordered the Carne asada hash for my meal, a waffle for my son and I to share and he ordered the bacon and egg kids meal which came with fresh fruit. Everything was absolutely delicious! The hash was so fresh and flavorful, you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The hash came with two warm tortillas which was prefect for making little tacos! I also ordered the lavender cocktail which packed a punch and was yummy. And the blue booster juice, which was absolutely phenomenal! My son enjoyed his food, the waffle was good as well. Abs the fruit that came with my sons meal was so fresh and ripe! Service 10/10 Ambiance 8/10 Food 10/10 Drinks 10/10 We enjoyed every bite and sip! I hope they make the hash a permanent menu item!

Million Dollar Bacon

This wasn't my first visit to a First Watch restaurant, but I have yet to be disappointed. There is a huge selection of equally tempting choices on the menu. I went with the mint mocha iced coffee which is a departure from my usual hot coffee. It was delicious and made me think it could easily serve as a dessert cocktail by adding a little vodka to it. My daughter and I split a million dollar bacon, which was basically four strips of maple syrup covered bacon. Can't really go wrong there. For an entree I went with avocado toast and added a slice of ham to my order. Everything was good here. My only complaint is that I wasn't asked how I wanted my eggs prepared. Probably just an oversight by the waitress, but it slipped my mind as well. The restaurant was only moderately busy and we didn't have to wait to get seated even though we were there on a Sunday morning. If you go here, just be aware that it's not cheap. Even if we didn't get the extra vans drinks and appetizer, we would still looking at a bill of over $30 before tip. So just be aware of that. That being said, it was a solid and enjoyable experience and we will definitely be back again.

Trifecta (Chocolate Chip Pancake, Turkey Sausage, and Potatoes)

We arrived and ordered our usuals. The waiter unfortunately did not inform us that they had ran out of chicken sausage (which I ordered and even ordered an extra side of for my toddler). When the food was brought to the table I immediately noticed the wrong sausage. The staff said "they told you we were out of chicken sausage right? That turkey". So not only did they not inform me but just decided to replace it, but also without ever giving me an option. The potatoes were undercooked, meaning harder that they should've been. I cut my pancake and that's where the meal completely fell apart. The blackest pancake over ever seen in my life! MAKE SURE YOUR FLIP YOUR PANCAKE OVER! It took too long for our server to check on us so at that point I didn't want my pancake remade.

Super busy on a Sunday morning. The Bloody Mary was served in cute little container but hardly filled up a small cocktail glass. They should provide a better serving size. I had the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. When they brought out my plate; the scrambled eggs were not really scrambled. They were pan fried and it was mixed with uncooked parts of egg whites. When I asked if they could give me another scrambled egg, they asked what's wrong and I said, just show them my plate with the uncooked whites. Skip the millionaire bacon potatoes.

I'm not sure why there are several bad reviews on here. I eat here for breakfast every time I've come to town. I've never had any issues. The Google reviews are very good. This morning my food arrived quickly and exactly what I ordered. Everything was cooked properly. My server, Amy, was prompt and accommodating. Another good experience for me at least.

Overcooked Eggs Benedict

Went here for brunch and the service and food left much to be desired. First, the hostess who brought us to our table was drinking a smoothie and just pointing at the table we were supposed to go to (no, "here's your table, your server will be right with you" just legitimate pointing). Then, we watched as our server had to think about what tables to go to. He went with the one directly behind us and, as a result, we weren't seen for an extra 10 minutes. We debated leaving at this point, but thankfully he came by and we were able to order. After ordering, our food arrived and I noticed right away that my eggs benedict were overcooked. Neither egg had a runny yolk, as you can see by the picture. Further, the potatoes were cold and quite hard. Overall, this meal was a disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Have been to this particular establishment a few times but this was the 1st time of disappointment. Waited over 30min for food and it was cold when it arrived. I had a simple sandwich and salad while my daughter had an omelette. We ordered the million dollar bacon as an appetizer and it came out promptly and thank God it was delicious because rest of the meal wasn't as great. Ambiance has a nice feel to it. The Lavender lemonade is delicious as well. I'm hoping this was just a bad day for them because it was getting close to closing time. I would usually give them 4 stars but today just wasn't great. Waitress was really apologetic tho and she was nice

Great spot for delicious breakfast, quick friendly service, and a nice atmosphere. The Bloody Mary was subbed to a Maria (tequila), love it!

The Works Omelet with house potatoes.

This was my first and last visit at this location! Starting with the seating. I watched as certain people (!) walked in and were immediately seated as opposed to seating those who had already been waiting with the same number in their party. I ordered a small cranberry juice which had to be returned because it was served in a dirty glass. My "Works" omelet needed more work and as you can see from the picture, my potatoes were burnt. In addition, my friend requested soft eggs and after 2 attempts from the kitchen, gave up and did not eat anything. The manager was called over. He did not offer any apologies, but did comp the meals. We will not return!!

My and I decided to try this restaurant seeing as it about 5 minutes from the house. I must say this is a sold breakfast choice. The price is reasonable and the service was excellent. The team is extremely helpful and accommodating. Mom order The Works Omelet, while I chose the Tri-Fecta. I also opted for the Million Dollar Bacon. I would definitely recommend this location and restaurant.

There is a First Watch near the Concord Mills Mall area that opens at 7 am every morning. Getting quickly seated was very easy, and having a fast cup of decent coffee was even easier. I decided to go away from the Eggs Benedict and see if the Carne Asada Hash, a new dish being offered, would be tasty. The mixture used breakfast potatoes already served with several egg dishes there. It really wasn't a hash and I had to cut down the squares of the potatoes to get a better flavor of the steak and peppers inside. Overall, a decent breakfast place but I would probably go back to the Eggs Benedict if I visit again.

Sloan M.

Wow is this place both busy and behind. As I was leaving there was a couple next to me that had been waiting an hour for their to go order. However, mine came out timely. They were out of their million dollar bacon but I happily substituted chicken apple sausage. My lemon ricotta pancakes were tasty. The staff is so amazing.

Food is tasteless and burnt. The omelet is dry and has no flavor. The potatoes are burnt. Absolutely not worth the money or time.

I ordered the Five and Dime Biscuit with the Peach Berry Lemonade. The biscuit comes with a chicken strip, bacon, egg (cooked how you want it), and either sausage(what I got) or mushroom gravy. Is it messy? Yes. Is it good though? Yes! The peach berry lemonade was a definite star for me because it didn't have actual berries at the bottom and it wasn't an overwhelming flavor from both the peach and berry. We also got the chicken and waffles and they were great as well. The churro latte was fine, it wasn't my favorite, but it was still good for what it was. All still a really good breakfast place to stop by whether you are in a rush or you want to sit down and converse.

Brought to our table after we had ordered it at the counter. The inside had a lot of seating options and they had an outdoor patio as well. The store was clean-ish. My star deduction comes from the pricing. It is HIGH for a chicken biscuit!! (As well as the beverages) I'm from Bojangles country and 12.00+ for a chicken biscuit even with egg and gravy on it hurts my heart. But I'll say it again, it was good. A regular soda is $3.49. I REFUSE!!!! to ever pay that. But for a special occasion or maybe a girls brunch where you only for yourself it's doable.

This is a nice restaurant situated in a little old single-story house that faces onto an inner courtyard in the old part of Huntersville. Kids are welcome, and they even have a box of toys for kids to amuse themselves with while others dine. Everyone in our group had some kind of breakfast offering ... and they offered some really creative choices. Service was on point, and everything came out together and hot. The only misstep was the lack of onion on one order. Coffee was hearty. They have a lot of outdoor seating in back facing the courtyard, and even some in the front yard: these outdoor arears effectively double the seating capacity of the restaurant, and both are totally dependent on the weather. Two of us got side salads for our side and they came out with the meal, which isn't my preference but the food came out quickly any way so it was fine. The side salads were MASSIVE. I kinda wish I had gotten the salmon because it looked amazing and really well seasoned. The crab cake I had was good too. I think it had their Garlic Parmesan Cream sauce on top. The crab cake was big and had plenty of crab. I think I would have preferred a traditional tartar sauce on the side. I got their mac and cheese for my other side. It was super creamy and cheesy. It was also topped with the garlic parmesan cream sauce. Very tasty. Service was good. Not ton of visits to the table but I don't think we ever wanted for anything.
