The dry after didn't clean up half the doorway surfaces, one side wet and the other side dirty. While convenient if you are in the area, I've had better servic. They didn't give a fragrance until I reminded them (had the second best service) and payment and setup all took several minutes with no one staffing the space. 10 washes over $10 and you get a free wash (card at the register). This shop offers oil and filter change. Not sure about oil, but they do not replace filters. After a year of changing oil with this shop, an engine check light came on, so I took my 1 year old car to an Infiniti dealership. a mechanic at infinity dealership found out that an original filter was still in place and found sludge in the engine. I went for the first time on Sunday to wash my car, I paid $25.00 dollars for just a wash, the employees are very nice they were trying to remove some dirt on the hood but the owner came out check and he said was sap and went back inside, the gentleman tried to remove it and came out, the owner never came back outside to see, what a bad experience I had there never go back to that place even again, recommend not to go there read more

For now I will just take pictures of before and after interior detail that took 4 hours even though the owner said they weren't busy and it could take less than two. It was supposed to be $100 for detail but the two owners said I didn't have to pay Bc I was dissatisfied that my seats were ripped and the car was still not clean.. "Not satisfied" is a very mild understatement... livid is more like it. I made a horrible mistake.. I was supposed to get the detail done at Pristine Auto down the road that had good reviews not Prestige .. should have double checked address. BUYER BEWARE!!! I took my car in for a quick oil change. Their sign clearly stated that an oil change and oil filter replacement was $25. "Great!" I thought. Apparently, they weren't happy with what I wanted. "Well, you really should use synthetic oil" they said, which is $75. "Thanks, but I don't want synthetic oil in my 14 year old car... just regular oil please and a new oil filter." "Fine. We can't be responsible for your engine!" "Ok. Thanks" Sensing something was amiss, I tried to stand in a spot outside that enabled me to see what they were doing to the car. They made me move, then move again before going near the car. I found it all to be a bit suspicious. Relax, it's an oil change, what could go wrong? So I walked 20 feet to the register to pay and surprise, surprise, the oil change listed on the sign only covered 5 quarts of oil. They used 6. Interesting, given that they hadn't even started yet... Ok, you got me. How much for the extra quart? $7. Ok, fine. Paid. Total 3-4 minutes. Walk back to the bay and the car was done! Hmmm. That seemed pretty fast. NASCAR pit crew fast... I asked for my old oil filter so I could show it to my mechanic and (big surprise) - "we didn't replace your oil filter because you only wanted a regular oil change and we only change it if you get the $75 synthetic oil." Back and forth with the mechanic, back and forth with the OWNER who tries to bully me into paying $20 more for the filter replacement that I had already paid for and more oil because you can't change the filter while it is full of oil... Realizing this individual was impervious to reason, I pointed out that he was completely full of $h*t. He finally offered me a $5 bill to get lost. In hindsight, a quick glance in the bays should have indicated to me that they were running a SCAM as there were only 4 or 5 oil filters in boxes on the shelves. Do yourself a favor and take your business and your money elsewhere. read more

Do not trust them with your car especially an oil change. I paid for full synthetic and upon checking after I left, the "new" oil is dirty so they either did not change the filter as other reviewers below said or they did not change the oil and charged me for it. I should've listened to the reviews below and to the sign that says "we are not liable for any items in your car." The owner can't trust his employees and neither should you. This place is great. I started by using the vacuums. The owner told I should get 4 minutes per use and unfortunately I only got 30 seconds (prob a faulty vacuum). Anyways, I went back in to tell the owner what happened and he gave me my money back and a discount on my car wash. It just so happened that I needed an oil change too, which Prestige offers. Quick oil change and a really well done full service car wash with really friendly people for $33.00. All I can say is, I am very happy and will be returning again. P.S. sorry for sounding like a commercial but I am very hard to please. read more

If you only like the sides of your car cleaned then come here. The front and the back of the car were still dirty after going through the car wash and even after the employees wiped the car down. My first and last time coming here. Too bad because it's the closest to my house. I'll stick to the one in Essex Street across from National Liquidators. read more

The only way this place would be worth it is if you only do the exterior wash. Terrible job at interior and for an extra almost $10 you'd think you would get at least a good vacuum job. Car still looks filthy on the inside had to redo it myself. Go elsewhere unless you just need a quick exterior wash then I guess it's OK. read more

Great place to come for a quick oil change and a thorough car wash and hand drying. The employees are so helpful and friendly and the owner is great. The day before a storm they sometimes offer $5 car washes! They do some other routine car care like brakes and coolant and radiator work. Sundays women get $2 off and seniors save on Tuesdays. read more

They are scammers. I went in for an oil change. After I paid for the service, I went home to check the oil level. I discovered that the oil was black, and the old filter was still in place. I know the old filter was not changed because I marked it. I went back to ask why my oil wasn't changed, and the reply I got was that my oil was changed, but because it is a Diesel engine, the oil is black. This made no sense since this is not my first oil change with a diesel vehicle. He even insisted that he changed the oil filter, but had no reasoning why the "new" filter had the marking that I had put on it prior to the oil change. You are literally paying for what you pay for, boyfriends car was being washed, and they couldn't pass the car through the machine bc the mirrors couldn't be pushed in so they had to do a hand car wash. Obviously, since the mishap it was being delayed not even for a while ( 2 min ). The manager rushed out and didn't even let the man finish because of the other customers in line ( only 2 ). Finish product: soap still all over the roof and manger spoke so rudely to the employees. Felt really bad. read more

They use brillo pads on cars and wheels, avoid at ALL COSTS! Staff does not have any proper training when handling high end / exotic cars, they destroyed custom rims by using brillo pads. read more

WATCH YOUR BELONGINGS!! While I was putting my tip in the tip box for the guys who do the towel dry I noticed the older gentleman with the grey hair suddenly had his hand inside my car under the drivers seat. When I approached my car, my cell phone speaker which had been UNDER MY SEAT was now on my seat. There was no reason for him to be inside my car like that OR MOVING ANYTHING OUT FROM UNDER MY SEAT. I came for a regular inexpensive car wash, not to worry about the stuff tucked under a seat. I won't be coming back. read more

If there was a choice of zero stars I would have used it. They are liars! Ad on the street said $2 off on Sunday for "Ladies Day" but they wouldn't give that at the counter. They said it wasn't good for exterior only since that was already discounted. Huh??? The sign did NOT say $2 off full serve. It clearly said "$2 off". In any case, they charge $5 even though the outside side said $4.99. I'm not arguing for a penny, just indicating that they will nickel and dime you to death. I'm new to the area so I looked for a car wash on Yelp. I am really happy to find a place so close to work. The attendant was super friendly and attentive. The owner came out when I arrived to help me find my way to the front. I was done in ten minutes. My car was very very clean inside and out. The tires perfect. I gave a four because the car was still a little wet in some areas and could have used another pass but I'm not complaining. I would recommend and I'm coming back. read more

went here today to get my truck washed. i paid over 20 bucks for the "full treatment" inside and out, and they did an awful job. they missed entire areas with the vaccum, i had large spots of dirt located throughout my truck...moved my mirror the wrong way almost kncking it clear off... i was very unhappy with the service. i was also supposed to get an air freshener which was never offered or put into my truck.
