I recently had the most incredible experience at Fancy Cuts . From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was stepping into a hair transformation wonderland. The ambiance was chic and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My stylist,was an absolute magician with scissors and color. She took the time to listen to my ideas and concerns before offering her expert advice. Going in my hair was someting no one has ever saw before. She fixed it in under 3 hours. The color treatment was equally fantastic. She took the time to explain each step of the coloring process, and the results were stunning. I read the reviews and though this place would have a knowledgeable staff and wouldn't make me look like I got a $5 haircut. This is the worst haircut I've ever had in over 30 years. The woman who did my hair was also the receptionist and didn't put more than 10 min into the haircut, cut off way more than the requested amount. Just gave me a haircut I thought wasn't possible in 2022. Straight across layers really??? Then she didn't even dry my hair fully, only the front like other reviews stated, like my hair is curly and she left the back curly. Lmao. Shoulda cut my own hair again instead of coming here to ruin it. I walked in with waist length hair that took years to grow and walked out with weird choppy shoulder length layers when I asked for 3-4 inch trim with subtle layer v haircut thanks!!!!!!! I'll be looking into extensions now while this disaster grows back.......I should have asked for a one inch trim instead maybe she wouldn't have messed that up. read more

I had originally planned on going to a different salon the day I stumbled upon this place but it was closed, however I am so glad I came here and will definitely be back for haircuts! Prices are so reasonable....20 dollars for a haircut (mind you i didnt get a wash...didnt need it) and I had alot of hair cut off (went from long hair to shoulder length). Some places would try to charge you extra for getting alot cut off vs a trim but that was not the case here. The inside is very nice and clean too which is a plus! I called today to make an appointment for keratin and cut they sell on Groupon for $99.00 , who ever answered the phone was happy to make it, but the moment she found out I had purchased it from Groupon, suddenly she had to tell me that this price will be honored only if I have chin length hair, what a joke, I told her I have shoulder length, so she said it will be at least $50 dollars extra ,I asked her if this is for real, because I hardly know any woman with chin length hair that does keratin, and let say it was true, for extra 2 inches she wanted to charge 50% more, I told her to forget it.The moment I hung up I called Groupon explain to them what have just happened , they canceled my voucher and gave me my money back.I Hate those places that put themselves on Groupon but hate when we actually using it.Shame on you. read more

Went to Fancy cuts for the first time. Its a definitely affordable salon. After 7 visits, the 8th one will be free. The hairdresser Shah was really pleasant, friendly, and welcomed me despite it was her lunch time. The environment is well maintained and I was pleased with my hair cut. The price is one of the best In the area but not too cheep but overall good prices. Sha is a nice woman. The other staff comes and goes. But nice when they last for the most part. The best thing is the gel pedicures they do for very good prices and very amazing job and color choices up on latest trends as well they have Instagram quality nails. I went to Fancy Cuts Unisex Salon wanting to get highlights. I've read many wonderful reviews on Yelp about this place and how well trained their staff are and how nice they are. When I left with my gorgeous hairstyle and positive essence, I knew the reviews were right. I specifically heard that Shah was great at both haircuts and highlights, so I specifically requested her. I went and explained how I wanted copper red highlights. She was very nice talking to me throughout the whole process. Once she was done I told her it wasn't exactly what I wanted as it was different than what I pictured in my head. She then very nicely accepted this and redid it, asking me again before she finished how I thought if it. Me feeling awfully terrible and embarrassed I then told her it still wasn't quite copper. With no hesitation she assured me that she wanted me to be happy and happily tried showing me different colors and I picked the closest one possible. This woman finishes my hair for the third time and the color was perfect. Her hands were covered in dye and toner but that showed for the hard work that she had just done. I saw her face glow when she saw me being very excited about the final result. I completely understand that different hair takes things differently, so I guess my hair is stubborn lol. She gave me advice on how to preserve the color as best as possible so I purchased shampoo and conditioner specifically to maintain red hair, which was utterly awesome. I definitely recommend their place. Very accommodating people and the environment of the salon was very nice. I'm definitely going to go back!
