Let's just say I would never have come back if I didn't want to use the same powder color for my re-fill. Then 2 days later while I'm on the flight to Jamaica... my nails start popping off as if they were press-ons. I spent $116 plus tip. Now that I'm back in the states and I can complain without paying $.25 a minute, the manager said I only have 3 days to complain. But, considering her remembers me and a new set of nails shouldn't be popping off, you would think common sense would kick in and he'd take care of his customer. So here I am, writing this review. I was sitting there unnecessarily long when she should have finished me before starting on all three new heads. Who does that? I was extremely upset but was willing to work around that by coming back at a different time of day. By that time I'd been there for at least 3 hours. Once in her chair.....I'd told her specifically that my hair is dry due to medications and that I require more oil. Not even the fact that I require more oil but, it's my head and I wanted more oil. This woman was actually angry and started going back and forth with me because I (the customer) prefer my hair to have more oil. I've had this hair for 60 years and know exactly how it works. Her issue was that my hair is supposed to swing and be loose. Ok, well, that's all fine and dandy if I wanted it that way. Why become offended and angry because I want my hair to sit still? It's my hair. And sure enough it turned out exactly the way that I knew it would and wanted it to. It was soft, it moved the way I like it to move, it sat the way I Iike it to sit. I drive with my windows down and my hair starting off as bouncy wouldn't have lasted. What they don't realize here in Texas is that people like for their hair to go back into place once it does move. My hair goes back in place and stays there no matter how much wind it's confronted with. I absolutely loved the hair and would've trusted her to continue to do it. I'd gone to Atlanta that next week and tried to make an appointment when I'd came back, but she was so mad because I wanted my hair the way 'I WANTED MY HAIR"....that she'd blocked me on IG. How absolute childish, emotional and unprofessional can you possibly be? Why would you as a stylist take that personally? Why would you not be satisfied and/or impressed with the fact that the client was satisfied with your work? Shouldn't that have been more important? I couldn't believe that she'd stooped to such a personal, emotional and petty level. Once other one was angry about that as well, and continued to tell me that it was enough oil. Well, once I'd get to my car....no more hair after paying 75.00/week. I have to get my hair done weekly. I can not believe how childish these people are down here. WHO THE HELL DOES THAT? I'd have absolutely given her a better rating due to the me liking the style and it staying a week the way it should've. But, her lack of professionalism took that rating down as it was a major disappointment. The going back and forth with a client, the having me in there until it was 1030 at night although, I'd arrived at 500 and then the blocking because she was offended because I wanted more oil in my hair.
