Bryan was my nail tech and I just have to say he should definitely be getting paid more. I went to Q nails and Spa, because my sister recommended it to me and she was absolutely right. It was the best place to go. Bryan asked me if I wanted a drink, and he gave me a margarita which it wasn't fancy in anyway, but just the thought and extra touch made it a better experience for me. I was able to relax in their comfortable chairs that were more on the new side, very well kept. The whole place is very clean, smells good. Everyone working there seems to respect each other as well which is a huge plus to see as a customer. Another customer who came halfway through my dip was attended to prior to my partner, and I had to request his manicure again. I paid $45 for my dip manicure, yet it did not include any cuticle or hand care. I had specifically requested a dip manicure, and was not told that cuticle care was separate, nor was I asked if I wanted this. Additionally, when I had picked out my color, the actual dip color was bright purple (distinctly different than the fuschia on the sample; nail attendant said likely the sample was just old). When asked if I liked the color, and I identified it was quite different, a new color dip was then just added on top, leading to very thick nails and splotchy color up close. They were too thick and unfortunately have started chipping just after 1 week. I am very disappointed in my experience here. TLDR: cuticle care comes separate and you must ask for it. My experience showed subpar customer attention and nail service, with cut cuticles, thickly applied dip, and quickly chipped dip (1 week). Would not recommend.

Mind you I only got the deluxe pedi. Also not that great of a job done due to there being bumps in the polish. Won't be going back unfortunately. Update I went to go and get a soak off which was $20 a little pricey for a soak off. They did not even removed all of the acrylic that was on my nail. Had to go to a different nail salon to get the reminder removed. ALSO a month later I came to realize I got a fungus INFECTION. Multiple of my toe nails are BLACK and discolored. I really wanted to like this place giving it multiple chances but I can say I will never be a customer again.
