Nina's offers a great manicure/pedicure... They really take their time to be thorough and the price is right! This is my go-to place.

I cannot decide what made more irritated about this place ... the terrible manicure job or the loud shouting in Vietnamese across the room. The owner did my manicure and she was on the phone and shouting with the team across the room the entire time I was there. My manicure took less than 15 minutes and consisted of very light cuticle removal, filing, and polish. The cuticles are all in and when painted over looks awful. I am not very precious about my nails, but I do have some standards and this place met not of them. read more

I've come twice now just to get a gel polish change ($22). I think Nina's is a solid place. There isn't anything particularly negative or positive that stands out, hence the 3 stars. I think some things to make it improve would be if they offered drinks (water, soda, wine) and maybe stayed true to their appointment times a bit more. I will say, Michelle did my nails on my most recent trip and she did a great job and was very sweet. She really cared about making sure I liked the color, needed additional coats, etc. read more

I began going to this place about 7 years ago. They do an amazing job on my eyebrows. I refuse to go anywhere else. Mostly out of fear from going to a place in South Atlanta once and I broke out sooo bad. These ladies have never failed me. I also love getting a pedicure here. I stopped going once the pandemic started but I went last month for my eyebrows which desperately needed to be done. I used to get sns nails done here and it really was hit or miss. Sometimes they'd chip after about a week and sometimes they'd be fine for a while. It depended a lot on the nail tech. I read a few reviews about poor customer service but I've never experienced that. The ladies are always so nice and welcoming. When I was expecting they always asked about me and the baby and every time I went in after delivering they'd ask for updates. I've also never really had an issue with waiting. I'm usually sat down immediately and I've gone when it was busy and when it was empty during an early morning weekday. I'm hoping to go back soon for a pedicure once the weather warms up. read more

Ok let's get truthful ! I have know Nina for years . She always did a great job . But I just went a month ago and my nails look horrible ! My toes look like crap . I told her they were uneven . She refused to listen. The salon looked dirty and her lab coat needs to be washed. The polish is very old as if it is very out dated . I got a foot infection from here from the pedicure. These ladies are RUDE and you have to stay on top of them to do your nails right. They obviously complained to each other about having to remove gel polish from my toes. They gave each other nasty looks for me asking to make sure all the old gel was off my fingernails when they didn't get it all off. I have been getting my nails done for almost twenty years and I know when they're talking about you. The pedicurist bought crates of fruit from a strange man in the middle of my pedicure. Not kidding. The manicurist asked how old my kid was and told me I had my baby late in life. Michelle came highly recommended for SNS. She did dons here good job, but the salon isn't particularly nice and the pedicure wasn't good. They gave me no options of type of pedicure which is really just too bad for them because I would have paid for an upgraded one. The woman sat down and just started working. She never said a single word to me, was rough, and talked the entire time on her Bluetooth or other technicians around her, making for a pretty unrelaxing experience. I was also told when I chose my nail color that they'd do a matching color on my toes and reassured me they had a matching polish which turned out to not to be true. I'm extremely picky about color choices and would have selected a different nail color had they been honest that there was no match even close. I walked out with no polish on my toes and no apology. I had a terrible experience with one of the technicians. She was very abrupt made me feel very uneasy. She took off my SNS polish by soaking my hand in acetone it was not working, she then took my hand out of the acetone put individual foils, began rubbing my hands with lotion when I did not want my neck rubbed she took the lotion on her hands and slapped the glob on my legs. Started filing my nails aggressively and taking several nail layers off. I became uncomfortable with her aggressive attitude and asked to leave. She held on to my hands, I had to pull them away. She was clearly mad charged me 8 dollars I paid and left. Clearly customer service is not a priority or even making one feel comfortable. I will never go back. Very bad nail salon. read more

My mom and I stopped by Nina's Nails one afternoon for a mani/pedi after several acquaintances had recommended them. We got there at 1:30. It is small relative to other places around the area and it was crowded, which seemed like a good sign. A guy greeted us from one of the nail stations and asked what services we would like. We responded and he said ok. Then, he went back to work on the persons nails and we stood there in confusion for 10 minutes until we left. No one spoke with us after the initial guy, no one provided an estimated wait, no one said "oh, it may be a while, would you like to make an appointment for another time?" Nothing. Instead, the employees barely acknowledged us and would not make eye contact. Oh, well. It may be a good place as far as how your nails turn out but it wasn't worth the poor customer service to stay and find out. read more

This was supposed to be a relaxing mani/pedi, but instead it was a round of avoiding being cut by Edwina Scissorhands in this little shop of horrors!
