They had wonderful customer service and very nice massage chairs that made the wait feel less long.

this was my second time at fancy nails with the same tech Tan. The first time was perfect. hardly any filing no scraps nicks nothing. Unfortunately the balance and pedicure was a nightmare. I was his first customer when he got there. he was shaking like he was nervous. he cut every one of my fingers and drilled a hole in my toenail. my fingers and toes are so infected and sore i had to go to the e.r to get antibiotics and a tetanus shot. I have had to miss work because the pain in my fingers. Dressing and small tasks are extremely painful. when i called fancy nails to speak about it I was told to go to the e.r and call them back. now they wont answer my calls. If I could leave no stars I would. I got my nails done & 3 days later all of my nails were lifted. By day 5 I called and was missing two nails due to lifting. Lady told me they can fix but it has to be the same person or they would charge me again. Hmmm so if I got a full set and all my nails are lifting why would u have the same person do them and so I go to get them repaired and they tell me that they can help me but not because my kids are with me and if I wanted to take them home and come back I could. I live in the country & drive 23 mins to come here. Since when are children not allowed ? I'm real confused. The single most horrific Spa service I've ever had never go to this place. Tomorrow is my son's wedding so I went in for full service with a full set and pedicure after my pedicure from what seemed to be a very nice older gentleman I realize that my toes look like they have been painted by a kindergartener. Upon complaining which I never do and I never write reviews by the way. I was told buy one young lady don't talk to me I'm only a worker then speaking to the owner he tells me he doesn't do toes so he doesn't know what I'm talking about basically I feel like I just got robbed for $40 and now I have to go somewhere else read more

When we arrived about 15 minutes later, they told me we would have to wait half an hour. An hour later, I still had not been helped, so I gave up and left. Arrived at 9:57 and the hours said they were open at 10a. We had to be at the airport at 12:30p, so we were in a rush... Upon arrival, there were already several people getting serviced and three people waiting. I asked the wait time and was told 30 minutes. I told them we were going to have to leave and they said "well please wait... it will be more like 10-15 minutes." Cut to 10:46a and my sister and I were still waiting. When I first got to Fancy Nails, I was impressed by what seemed to be many nail technicians that knew what they were doing. However, im giving this place a 2 for two reasons: 1) getting a gel mani and pedi cost me $77; and 2) my gel nail polish has already started chipping and I've only had it for 2 days! I think it is unacceptable to pay so much for gel polish and have it chip in 2 days. I would go back to this place only if I went to a knowledgeable nail technician and not the one I was assigned to on Friday. read more

So the night of the February 29 I went to get a full set a pedi and my eyebrows waxed. After waiting over an hour it was finally my turn. So I sit in the pedi chair and wait an additional 30 mins or so. The man that finally came to do my feet had absolutely no clue what he was doing and neither of us could understand each other. I was so upset and frustrated inside I started crying to avoid inappropriate behavior. Had to wait another 15-20 mins for someone else to start over and low and behold she cleaned up everything he had left behind. It was getting late and they closed at 7 so by the time they finished it was almost 9 o'clock so I said I could come back tomorrow after my appointment. So I come in today the 29th and I ask how long I would have to wait since I was being courteous on the time knowing they had to leave to start another day. They expect me to wait for 10 people that were in front of me because they don't have appointments. Which I understood but in a situation like mine you would think they had the same courteous thought I had. Had I'd of known they would have did some bull stuff like that I would have made them finish what I waited hours to finish. The irony of it all is I still tipped them after it was all said and done. Definitely disappointed in the service and unfortunately will not return. They lady that did my feet was absolutely amazing and sweet I will give them that but them other ones need a customer service class. read more

This is the main place I got to for my nails. I have been going there for years and I always get compliments. Julie is my favorite person but Mike does a great job as well. Just plan on it being a long wait because they are very busy, it's an inconvenience but worth it. read more
