I have been going to this nail salon for YEARS and it just keeps getting better! I usually see Jamie, the owner, but they have a lot of great nail techs. They have hundreds of dip colors to choose from and they can do a lot of fun techniques as well. They recently got new pedicure chairs that are really nice as well. My whole family gets their nails done here, even my dad loves to get a pedi. I've been bringing my friend with me the last few months and she loves it too. Been here once before for a balance and gel looking for a new spot, pricy but ok. When I got this set removed there was mold/fungus under the acrylic (a sign of poor application or sanitation). I came back to get a full set and not but 2 days later, they are popping off. The reason I get acrylics is because I work with my hands and need sturdy nails. I paid close to 80 dollars (including a tip) For 2 days of nails. Very disappointed. Not sure if they are just using a very bad acrylic but don't get your acrylics here, it's a pattern worth noting. read more

I went to get a gel manicure, and it was awful. The lady did a terrible job on my nails and removed all the gel to try again. Another employee working said dip powder would be better and basically forced me to get that instead. I assumed I would be charged the same for the dip as the gel, because of the extremely poor service and my time that was wasted. The dip nails also look awful. I wasted $50 on a terrible nail service. Not to mention, this took 2.5 hours of my time. How awful and inconsiderate! I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. read more

I've come here for a few months now and generally enjoy my experience! I will say it's not always consistant, though. Partially that's on me because I leave it up to chance and just walk in for whoever is available. I always get a manicure. Sometimes I can get in and out in less than an hour and my nails look beautiful! Other times it takes a little longer, or the manicure isn't quite the quality to make it worth the price. But the work ethic on my nails was rushed and they paid little attention to details. They still turned out nice for the most part. But it is not the most relaxing environment. Usually I get white tips with pink acrylic which is pretty old school so this last time I asked her to try an ombré white and pink look. Very nice and newly renovated spa and new management. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a hello and asked the service that I would like. I told them I needed a pedi and then I was directed to a massage chair and I must say, that's the best part o me other than to get my feet done . Thy serve free sodas, snacks and even wine!!! You can also bring in your own beverages and snacks if you like. It's very quiet and serene with the meditation music going on in the background. I got a simple pedi but you would've thought I got a deluxe one with the time it took to detail my nails and the massage of my feet, legs and even arms. I passed out sleep. Sheesh! What a way to spend a warm, fall Saturday afternoon to a woosah moment. This place is so relaxing and very well kept. First time to salon. Wanted to change dip polish and manicure. Nail tech took a lot of short cuts to do my nails. Never pushed back cuticles, dipped over them. Polish actually hurts on my fingers, it's so close to the edge of the nail. Had to pry out dip and glitter from under my nails when I got home. While they look ok it is no where near the quality of other salons. Continuing my search for a new salon. read more

I've been here a few times. A couple notes: they are VERY busy on Sundays from 10-12. Like send people away busy. Also, the lights are dim (but they use small lamps so they can see), which helps improve ambiance. The massages are great. My gel nails don't last as long as some other places, but they always look nice. If you get both a manicure and pedicure in the same visit, they may have two techs simultaneously work on your hands and feet - if you like to be quick, that's a plus and if you like the experience of getting your nails done its probably a disappointment. Worst. Expensive pedicure ever. It felt rushed, the massage came after the polish so he had to be careful of my feet. The polish was a nightmare. My color was "too light" so he put a white on under it. Forgot to leave one just white. The polish was lumpy. He messed up four nails total and just kept adding more paint. After sitting to dry for nearly 30 minutes it wasn't dry AT ALL. When he went to put the foam slippers on he messed up two more and just put. More. Paint. On. Instead of taking off the polish and starting again. I will never come here again. I just moved to the area so I was trying to find my spot. Should have read the reviews first. This was also not a cheap pedicure. I paid $60 as it was a special occasion. Don't come here. read more

I am delighted with Lin's expertise! She was wonderful with gel, but after Jamie, the owner, suggested I try "Dip" nails, I am in awe of her work. My nails are stronger, and after three or four weeks they are still perfect. Not a chip! When I do go in, it is only because they have grown out. I highly recommend LV Spa Nails. Would give this company a zero, if I could. From the moment I arrived, they pushed more services. Went in for a basic pedicure. Added a buff and cuticle service. Long story short, the service was rushed. They did my nails quickly while I twisted in the chair to accommodate the nail technician - still having a pedicure being done. Not relaxing or spa experience by a long shot. In fact, it was uncomfortable. While getting pedicure, the employee working in the chair next to me kept asking if I wanted to add this service or that..so, no time for "spa" or to unwind....just push services. The technician who did my pedicure took four chunks out of one foot. So, after several bandaids were applied, I left the store bleeding and burning. Not wanting to make a scene, I paid what they claimed I owed and dismissed the experience as a bad decision; vowing to share with others and never return. Awful and expensive experience. read more

Just had a very poor quality pedicure. Polish was thick & all over the skin. I'd even asked to borrow the nippers to get rid of my dead cuticles! I rushed out of there with disappointment & accidentally overpaid $10. Although, I appreciate their honesty I will not return. I hope that they take in consideration that because I'm in the service industry I always allow 20% gratuity, but it was NOT deserving. I wish them luck & hope they will learn to improve their customer service. I have been coming here for a while and was never super impressed but never had any issues either. I got a gel mani a couple days ago and the polish was coming off already literally the day after I got them done. So I went back and asked if they could repair the 3 nails that had chipped and they were extremely rude and acted like it was a chore when they were obviously done incorrectly the first time. And probably the worst part of my experience came next. My nails were drying under the light and the lady doing my nails reached across the table and zipped my sweatshirt up!!! I was wearing an undershirt with a half zip and she literally reached across the table to zip it up. I didn't ask her to do this and was honestly extremely offended and angry that she had the nerve to touch me. I will NEVER return and highly recommend that you don't come here. Extremely unprofessional and have heard that many nail techs have left because of horrible and unfair management. read more
