I have been coming here since I was 16 years old. I am 22 now. Every time I switch it up and go somewhere else I regret it. 4 days ago I went to John nails and it looked like I needed a fill in as soon as I left. I was so miserably unhappy. I came into Fancy Nails this morning and I was out within an hour. I wish I had a before picture. I 100% recommend Tony. He is amazing. I usually get acrylics and I've had just about every shape you can imagine. Tony always keeps me happy. read more

My husband and I arrived early because they line up before they open. There were 7 of us waiting. They took someone who walked in later before all of us. When I spoke to the owner, he didn't rectify the issue. Instead he was rude, angry, and ugly in front of everyone. Keep in mind I quietly said something to him. He then came back later and refused to do my nails. I do not recommend them at all. They scrapped the gel polish off my nails and sent me on my way. Then they charged us $30 more than what we had been quoted. read more

Yesterday I dropped my daughter off with some friends (and her friend's mom). My daughter is 15 years old. I told her to get the $12 manicure. The nail technician suggests getting gel polish so it would last longer. The nail tech didn't tell my daughter how much it would be for the gel nail polish prior to applying it. When the service was done my daughter was then told that she owed $30. Way to take advantage of a teenager! We'll never go back and I'll be telling friends to avoid this place! read more

Cleaner than normal salon, tools are clearly sanitized correctly and they work pretty quick. My experience was that they did t rush enough to do a tacky job but just enough to get me in and out! Clean lines, great colors and average priced. They do seem to take on as many ppl as possible; however, from my experience that's common too! Thanks fancy nails- first dip to actually last a legitimate three weeks! Side note- he added a clear gel and used the LED lamp-I had never had that done on dip and I think it gave me full wear outta the color! read more

I got my nails done today and yes they're cute but not what I asked for. I showed a picture and she followed off of it. Forgot to do a design I wanted so I had to remind her, because she wasn't listening. I asked for different colors and she gave me pink nails instead of blue and black. It's so hard to find a decent nail place in town. read more

I am always looking for a good place in Columbus for the dip powder nails. Emily did my nails about a week and a half ago and they still look great! I am very hard on my nails and they tend to break frequently- not these! One thing this salon does that I have not seen anywhere else, included in the price, is that they put a clear coat of gel on top to make the shine last. Everywhere I have been before charges extra for that and I love it! read more

Because I could not give a zero. My eye brows have been burning for over an hour. And so uneven.

I'm going to give 2 stars because the guy that is working today was nice to my friend & I. This nail salon closes at 6pm. My friend and I walked in at 5:15 & asked for 2 manicures & pedicures. I would like to take the time to point out that if they did not want to service us or did not have time to do our nails, they could have easily told us they did not have the time & I would have been fine with that. Instead, the guy told us to he could help & go ahead & pick out our colors. Meanwhile, the girl with the blue hair & the Asian girl that speaks fluent English (i dont know their names) gave us some unpleasant looks. I ignored it because I assumed they wouldn't be servicing us, but it was obvious they were annoyed by us coming in at the time we chose. I used the wrong terminology when I said manicure, it was actually supposed to be a fill in, which takes longer, so they were unable to do my hands. That was understandable b/c I used the wrong terminology, so I was fine with them only being able to do my toes. The Asian girl that's speaks fluent English helped my friend, but she had such an attitude about it. We didnt appreciate her attitude at all. She was so rude with how she was talking to my friend & had no problem showing her annoyance with us. I would like to point out again, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECTLY FINE IF THEY TOLD US THEY DIDNT HAVE TIME TO PERFORM THEIR SERVICES. I wont be coming back. I try not to make it a habit of going anywhere an hour before closing, but we decided to try our hand & see what the outcome was. We were prepared to be turned away if need be, but instead we were allowed to stay. With that being said, I wouldve expected better service from the girl with the attitude than what she provided. I shared my annoyance with the person who referred me to this location & they told me the girl with the attitude ALWAYS has an attitude. She obviously needs to work on her customer service skills. Not to mention, she was using profanity in front of us. She was on the phone telling someone to "feed the damn baby" and saying "dammit" because Chipotle was closed. It's just unprofessional. It was obvious she didn't care that we were there. Thanks again to the guy that was pleasant to us when we walked I'm. I'm sorry your coworker doesn't share the same couth that you have. read more

First I don't give any stars. I actually had to in order to leave a review. I purchased a gel full set on Tuesday with Kim. I was referred to her by a close friend. My nails looked good when I left. The next day I noticed that they began to look like I needed a fill in. I thought that was strange because it was only the next day. I called Kim on Friday and told her I needed to come in to get the set fixed. I told her I would take a pic and send a message. She said she had to see it. I said okay I'll be by on Monday. When I get there today she isn't there and they tell me she won't be back for days or weeks. Which is it ? I said well it's only been less than a week and I paid $45 for your service. They refused to help and did not apologize nor called Kim. I am outraged! I couldn't believe that they would do this and a least offer something. The lady who was in charge there at the time told me it wasn't her problem and come back later or pay for a full set again ! What??!! And I will be letting everyone I know not to go there anymore or ever. I'm not giving my money to someone who isn't professional at customer service nor genuinely cares how there customers are treated. read more

Great place to get your eyebrows waxed. They also do the best pedicure I've ever had.

I came with 2 other women and we waited for over an hour and got a horrific set of acrylics. I asked for short, rounded nails. He filed way too much on the left side of every nail so it looks like they are all vearing off to the right. He did not even touch my cuticles, just put the nails straight on so they all look horrible!! You can still see my natural nail on the sides of my acrylic nail. A younger lady painted my nails and i swear she's never painted nails before. They are a mess and I am NEVER going back there!! They wouldn't look so bad if he didn't rush through as fast as he could just to get more people in! read more

Don't waste your TIME!! Horrible service. Had to wait 2 hours for a Pedi&Mani! As soon as my toe nails were done I had to drive to another nail salon for them to correct them. My toe nails were so uneven and had paint running all over the cuticles. Going here is like taking money and throwing it out the window. It was a good experience until I found out I got an infection. I got a pedicure and brow wax at Fancy nails. She was really rough on my toe nails and my big toe was really sore and red initially after the pedicure. The next day my toe was very swollen and pus was coming out of it. I was so scared because I am an RN and I know what horrible infections are out there. I went to the doctor and they had to debrie my toe and I had to go on antibiotics. Thank God the infection cleared up after I finished the antibiotics but I won't be getting another pedicure for a very very long time! read more
