I really wanted to give this place a chance, but unfortunately my experience wasn't great. My cuticles were not properly cleaned or trimmed, and the edges around my nails were left rough. From years of getting dip powder, I know this will catch in my hair once I wash it, which is frustrating. The length is fine. She was nice, but I wish she had taken the time to properly address the dryness and clean the area instead of applying a lot of oil and asking me to wash my hands. I was also cut during the process, and my fingers are now tender. With her level of experience, I expected more attention to detail and proper cuticle care. I was going to ask to fix but was told the price and I felt I was an inconvenience at that point. I came here for convenience, hoping the reviews I read were wrong, but I was disappointed. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed with my experience. The service felt rushed and a she was very rough, and she had made several mistakes I had to politely ask serval times to be corrected. While the person was very kind and respectful, the overall quality didn't match the high price. Respectfully I've been to places since with the same service elsewhere for half the price. Pricing was only shared after the service was completed, which was annoying cus she did extra service that I assumed was apart of the service. There were still some imperfections even after touch-ups. Also, during the appointment, a clipped toenail from another guest hit my friend in the face. It was funny but gross at the same time but I do appreciate the service, but I likely won't be returning. I only have one star cus she was very nice but never again. read more

Not impressed with this place at all. Not very sanitized and when it comes to your nails make sure you get someone that does a good job. The husband missed the WHOLE side of my nail, and the dude who did my toes I told him I don't want my toes cut just shaped and colored. He literally started clipping my "ingrown toe nails" after I told him NO. Every time they do that I end up getting a ingrown nail. Hints why I said NO in the first place. ASK FOR A RECIPT!!!!!! Make sure it says "FANCY NAILS" ON THE TOP. This place has slowly been going down hill in the past few years. They charge more than what is advertised and listed in their salon. I was told it would be 65.00 and they charged me 92.75. Recently they have started asking that you pay in cash or send payment directly to their personal bank account via "Zelle". This is obviously so that they can avoid paying more in taxes. My parents and I are on vacation and I needed a pedicure. So we decided to stop by in here. Boy is this a complete change from NY. This place is small, and trust me I mean SMALL. They charged $5 for a foot scrub meanwhile in NY it's included. They charge $5 for the toe divider that they typically give for free. And don't even get me started on the lady who did my pedicure, she was asking me if she cut my toes right... just save yourself the time and go to Jenny nails, at least there's nobody in there and they're nicer. read more

Kellie S. has all the pertinent details right:professional, well staffed, do good work-but if I could, I'd give them an extra star for the exceptional effort they put into my father-in-law's atrocious toes. (The following review is not for the faint of heart.) After arriving in West Palm and seeing the state of those toes, I knew that the job was beyond me. I have neither the tools nor the experience. Frankly, I felt bad taking him to a nail salon but I was afraid he would do himself harm before his appointment at the VA to have his nails clipped. In case you have not experienced the toes of an old codger, something seriously gnarly happens. At 78, he had never even considered a nail salon and was leery of the suggestion but I told him it was not optional: enter Tot. I thought that she would just sigh, roll her eyes and do the minimum to make the situation less heinous, what you do when some old dude with feet like that land in your chair? Soak, scrub, pare down a little and RUN. But no, she went for the whole, serious, professional, medical grade pedicure. I had no idea how bad it was until she started getting in there and uncovered 78 years of scuz & trouble. I would NEVER have asked someone to take on the level of attention and detail she put into turning his feet back into human, but she spent an hour repeatedly attacking the ingrown, overgrown nails to a degree that shocked me. When I asked her if she shouldn't stop, she said, "5 more minutes. This will feel much better." She excavated and scraped and probed and trimmed and lo and behold, it did. He's ready to go back next month. I'm going to join him next time. All this was for a mere 25$. (Yes, we tipped MAJORLY on top of that) For the less intense, they offer a mani pedi option for 30$!!! I had such an amazing experience here today. After a long trip from New York City I was looking for some place to enjoy a nice pedicure and new set. Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted and asked what services I would like today. I was seated right after and MAI started to work on my pedicure. The massage chair was powerful and thorough. My normal place was closed and I needed a mani/pedi desperately. The staff was very nice! Great personalities, friendly and personable. If my review was based solely on that, they would be a 5. But the Quality of mani/pedi was average. No hot towel after the sugar scrub. Upon closer inspection, cuticles are still a bit ragged. Okay for a back up, but prefer my usual spot. read more

One of the worst pedicures I have ever received. The younger Asian man that started my pedi didn't soak my feet before he started cutting my nails or cuticles. He nipped my skin at least 3 times and gouged me numerous times until I finally told him to stop. A woman finished my pedicure and was much more gentle but still not what I'm used to or expect. The staff can be a little abrupt, and there were some annoyed looks and exchanges between the technicians regarding some of the customers, so there was a little tension in the room. I go in and show them a picture of the shape and length I want and then a lady tells me that's coffin and it's not coffin it's a long straight square. She kept telling me it's coffin and I kept saying no. She then proceeds to give me dirty looks and say something to her co workers. I get moved to 2 different seats and have 3 different people walk up to me. Finally a man sat down and said let me see the picture I show him and he was nice at first so I was like ok let's give them a chance. He glued on the nails and then started shaping them. HE SHAPED THEM COFFIN. Then showed me and said do you like and I said kindly, no sir I wanted them this shape. He then points to the picture and says that's this shape and I said no. He then speaks to the co workers in a nasty tone and so I said if it is a trickier method for you I can go somewhere else. He then starts throwing his tools into the drawer and says fine then go. I took my nails they glue off and they started talking about me again as I left. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED, EMBARRASSED AND UPSET. Never go here! read more

Place is called "fancy" but should be changed to "filthy" nails. After a hundred+ manicures in various places, this was by far the worst! Manicure was sub par and done with a nasty old nail file. As I looked around, mirror hadn't been cleaned in long time. Polish was poorly applied because it wasn't fully covering nails. Personal fans used for drying had hairs blowing out. Manicure tables were dusty and dirty. I had polish removed and canceled the pedicure and wax treatments. Spoke to owner who didn't address my concerns regarding cleanliness or poor polish job. He charged $12 as standard amount citing he's been doing it for 15 years. Good luck if you go there! Just shameful if they can't see the dirtiness or understand quality customer care. read more
