Called Sunday afternoon to find out if they had availability for Nexgen and a gel pedi and was accommodated right away. Located in the crosstown plaza on community and village blvd. Parking was a breeze. Friendly greeting as soon as I walked in and I was directed to the pedicure chair and offered a glass of wine. My nail tech did not greet me but I think it was due to the language barrier. The water was ice cold when he turned on the faucet. Later I was scalded with the hot towels on my toes. Again due to the language barrier even though I requested Nexgen the nail tech did acrylic which did make my nails look more natural. He was super nice but I definitely could have gone without the glitter and the design because it doesn't look that great to me and the price seemed a bit excessive. After I left I noticed that the color of the polish did not look the same on all of my toes. Some are a darker shade than the others. read more

yesterday I went for a pedicure that escorted me to a chair.Once the chair for a few minutes I went to put the massage on . The nail tech said it doesn't work . I felt something sticking in my back and it was hurting i moved the pillow it was that the massage chair was broken and the parts was out hurting my back . I've been here 3 times and my nails came out really nice, however the first time I chose a polish color for my feet that needed another coat. I realized it when I got home and put my glasses on... So I called back, they had me come in, added another coat without a issue. I appreciated this because I should've had my glasses to inspect my nails before leaving that day. Fast forward, I have returned 2x and my nails look cute every time! I will definitely be returning and they use the disposable bags in the pedicure sinks! I saw a UV implement sanitizer/ cleaner in the back so hopefully clean implements are being used. I have no way of knowing at this time because they are waiting to service you for a on time appointment. But I'm watching for that, so I'll keep you posted. Ok so I would not go here every again. My daughter and I had lunch next store and it was close. Big mistake. The older lady who did my nails was very rough and didnt say a word. I am not tender footed but she used a scrub brush so hard on the top of my feet it hurt and her digging in my nails was unpleasant, the worst was she actually cut my toes trimming my nails! It was bleeding and she just added polish which burned like the dickens. She added very little polish the whoke thing was horrible. I made a 4pm appointment to get a manicure and a pedicure. I got there early because I didn't want to be there all day. At first Lily the owner was very pleasant. she did my nails then it was time for my feet. I chose a polish that totally looked different on my toes. I was not happy and asked her politely to change it and that I would pay for the new color. Lily told me she has another customer who just walked in and let one of her worker polish my toes . I was ok with that but it so happens that Lily is the only one that can draw a line on my toes because I wanted it to match my French manicure. she didn't stop with the other customer and after 20 minutes of waiting she was finally finished with the customer and wanted to know if I still want the line. I told her no. To make matters worse she was gossiping about me with the customer. Saying that I chose a color and didn't like it. Making it seems as if I was difficult. She also gossip about another black lady behind her back. As for the 2 Caucasian ladies,there were treated totally different. One of the 2 ladies changed her mind several times about the red nail polish she was getting. For a manicure and pedicure I paid $73. I needed my nails done and I was still on search for a nail tech near where I stay. I found this place and when I walked in the salon was empty, no client, just the employee sitting. One red flag when I finally got to get my nails done i needed a fill in the nails I got done was from another salon with rhinestones. As the nail tech was getting started on my nails he told me and I quote "Don't come here with rhinestones." I just ignored him and didn't pay him no mind. How about I don't come back at all! Do not go here. This place was absolutely horrible and probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came here last month to get my artificial nails removed. Instead of taking the time to soak them off, the nail technician ripped them off of my nails. Then after she filed my nails, they were all crooked. I ended up doing it myself. When she was getting ready to polish, she didn't even put a base coat on. I had to remind her. I had brought my own polish and after she put her top coat on, all of my nails looked very dull. I told her about it and they tried to blame my nail polish!! I came home and polished my own nails with the same bottle and didn't have that problem, so it was definitely their product. What made it worse was that they were very rude about it. My natural nails have been very weak and breaking very far down ever since this incident because of the damage they did.
