We were recommended express pet by a friend of ours who said their dogs practically jumped out of the window of the car before They can get stopped to go here. I had to see for myself. She asked us to bring their food and a blanket and whatever toy that they like. When we arrived to the small shop. We were greeted by shay and her husband. Our dogs immediately went to scope out the area and look around in the different rooms and they didn't stop them. They were allowed to go roam the shop and then our two-year-old laid down and watched TV and then our other 14 yr old dog went in and laid down in the room where she boarded them together and After about five minutes of playing our dogs asked us when were we leaving LOL! They ignored us. I felt very comfortable to leave them. They were there for four days and when we went to pick up our dogs They walked to the car and got in. However when we got home we sensed a little snootiness towards us I think they were upset that we brought them home.They did not want to leave. They loved Shay and her husband. The issue was that throughout the time my dog developed fleas and was always an issue right after the grooming. They use a van to do the grooming. It was very difficult to get rid of the fleas since they get on your furniture and such. Well Avery stopped working for this company and we started with another grooming company. Intersting enough, no more flea issue. Can only guess that the source was the grooming van. There is no way that the company or groomer was able to "clean" or get rid of fleas between grooming stops. By far the worst experience with pet groomers ever. I dropped my two little dogs off at 12 P.M. for…read moretheir appointment. I was told that it should take no longer than 6 hours for them to be ready. It is now exactly TEN hours later, and I just got a phone call that my dogs are FINALLY ready to go home! I was not expecting them to be ready in two hours because that would be too unreasonable. Apparently, ten hours is supposed to be acceptable? I am sorry, but I think otherwise and will never take my dogs back here ever again. Now you may be wondering, "what in the world were they doing for ten hours?" Before I go into this issue, I would like to point out that I arrived at the place for 12 P.M. like I was told on the phone. However, the groomers did not show up until, about 15 minutes after noon. I know that may sound petty to be upset over 15 minutes, but if they knew that they had a booked 6 hour day, why waste any time? So onto the real issue of why it took ten hours. Apparently, there was some sort of misunderstanding with a woman with TWENTY dogs where she supposedly cancelled her appointment for today, but showed up with all twenty today anyways. She claims that she did not make such a call, but I wonder how many other people knows exactly what day and place her appointment was set up aside from herself? Not only did this lady show up at least two hours after noon with all 20 of her dogs, but she demanded that hers got done today and before the rest of us who had dropped ours off at noon, simply because she was a dog breeder. This place should have been more professional and told the lady to come back later or put her dogs in the correct sequence, instead of letting this lady have her way and cause the rest of us who made an effort to arrive at the correct time wait an outrageous amount of time for our pets. I am not even sure if our pets were fed during these ten hours spent at this groomer. Overall, if you love your dogs to pieces and cannot imagine 10+ hours without them or just do not have the time for these kinds of inconveniences, please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They came in and familiarized themselves with my guys and took them to their van where they spent time with the dogs so they would feel comfortable. The cuts were exactly as I wanted and the guys are really happy. They were professional and courteous.
