We have a precious…read more(ShihTzu) little girl named Princess who desperately needed to be seen by a VET ASAP because I thought she was having a seizure & have bloodwork done due to something she got into. Frantically I called Gina & to my surprise she started making calls for me. Not only did she help find somewhere affordable to take Princess, but stayed in communication w/me the entire trip as well from beginning to end. Even during the VET'S actual visit, to ensure that we received excellent care @11pm at night. Which we did & Princess was able to come home with/a clean bill of health after the scariest night ever! Without Gina walking me through this, idk what I would have done. It's not often that you call a complete stranger & the person on the other end, ends up being an Angel! Gina words truly cannot express to you what you've done for our family. I will certainly not ever forget & will shout from the rooftops that there is certainly still hope for our pets through folks like YOU. P.s. Nice young couple did a great job. I requested them again and was told they no longer served my area. As I was scheduling the job I received immediate pushback over helping me move a coffee table. The previous folks happily helped me move it. Not heavy just awkward. The service guy showed up and immediately began the equivocating and the upsell attempt. I have a small (1 ft x 1 ft) area that was dirtier than the rest ( right under my desk) . " Can't guarantee we can get that clean without some special stuff that costs more." There was no attempt to try and get it done without an upcharge. I would call this a very untrustworthy company. I spoke to the franchisee Sean and he offered nothing. I had moved all of my furniture and was left high and dry. I notice other reviews here mentioning the young couple and how good they were. Sean evidently ran them off. I would not recommend using hese guys under any circumstances.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with their billing and customer service has been very disappointing. Over time I began receiving multiple invoices for the same service--sometimes up to three invoices issued days or months apart for the exact same charge. Because of this confusing billing practice, I later discovered that I had accidentally paid several invoices twice over the past year. I contacted their account specialist, Sandi, and provided documentation showing the duplicate payments. I requested a refund since these overpayments were never identified or credited on any invoice or statement. I was told that the payments had been "absorbed," but no documentation or explanation was ever provided to show how those payments were applied. After requesting this information three separate times without receiving any proof or clarification, I decided to cancel my tree service and ornamental service. I was also told that a manager would contact me to discuss the issue, but no one ever followed up. After more than 16 years of loyalty and using several of their services, the lack of transparency, accountability, and follow-up has been a major disappointment--especially from a family-owned business that I trusted for so many years. Both in terms of quality and value, Nader's was just terrible. Not sure how they stay in business.
